I have severe anxiety and I've had it since I was about 16? My so called friends thought it was weird then that one I didn't think was a friend actually came to me asked if I was. And told me the truth
My ex friends were talking behind my back and she wanted to be there for me as she knew something was seriously wrong
My anxiety has not gone away maybe it never will but having someone who loves and cares about you makes a big difference

I’ve had anxiety for like 2 years I don’t want to go to my gp and be prescribed with a drug because if people find out I’m struggling with a mental disorder then people would exploit that. Ive learned to control and life situations are ok at the minute so that helps. Also at the minute I wouldn’t say I’m the happiest or saddest point of my life. I’ve felt awful at points where I’ve even attempted ending it all. I considered it monthly throughout the low points of my life. I got councled and things got work because I would say stuff that has happened but I didn’t feel like I was getting any advise so I was feeling worse throughout this period. That’s a brief bit of how I have felt but I’m content now. If anyone is feeling that low there is always a way out someone will always be there to help you. You may of not found that person yet but you will people are there to help you get out of awful situations and try and motivate yourself set your self achievable goals throughout the day. This also helped me because if i achieved the goal I set I would feel a bit better.
