This is pretty much like my set up I have TB hard drive PC controller and all of the generations of consoles with their entire game libraries I’ve have had this for years now blessed to see and have all physically and emulation wise from 1980-Now what a life of gaming throughout the decades
How much space do the libraries take from PS3 and 360 back to the 80's? I want to get them together in one place but have no idea the size of drive I might need. 😅👍
Thank you for the video. Any chance there might be one showing us a cost effective Mini PC that can run everything on one of those 12TB drives? I don't even need 4K or 1080p, if it can hit 720 and stay smooth I'd be happy. 😅👍
@@DJbernardo1320 when wondering about such a question you should 1st look at how much you're willing to spend...look at the chip set (chip name or number)...go watch videos that have a device that contains that chipset (laptop or mini PC) and you should have enough information to answer your question and make an informed decision.... otherwise you're going to get 101 replies with different recommendations based on what THEY can afford... To give you a quick answer though, I can tell you that a raspberry pi 5 can run PS2 games at 1080p... however, raspberry pi 5 kits are close in price to some mini PC's that give you a lot more performance and accessibility than a pi5... i have the beelink ser4 and was just playing spiderman remastered. i average about 37 frames which is playable in my book. (i'm not picky when it comes to specs in games, i grew up with an nes and games would slow down to 15 frames at times and i still had fun)... i do get some lag with spiderman but nothing game breaking... i'm going to try tweaking the settings used here and see if that helps a bit....i've had it for about 5 yrs now and am considering upgrading to a miniforum or aoostar gem12 for the oculink port...it's good to have options...then i could just turn my ser4 into a dedicated retro machine. One thing though... what's the purpose of changing those values? What were they used for that required changing? It would be nice to know before actually making those changes. (30 min later) Update- i just tried going into the bios after downloading the amd utility software but i'm met with a password for the bios which apparently is different than my pc password to start windows.... i never set a bios password so i'm not sure why it's asking for one. so i guess i'm locked out of my bios....any idea how to disable that?

Finally. Someone answered the question i always wanted to know. Thank you. I am Thinking of getting AOOSTAR GEM10 or 12 Anyway so i should be ok.
Someone mentioned the gem 10 also, I'm thinking about it

What is the best mini pc for retro gaming and triple A games
I have a question do games get automatically saved no lost game data new to this ?
This is a $650 set up BUT remember that you get all of the systems AND their entire games library.
Which is not bad, there are similar setups asking $1,000
That desk its a nightmare
RAAAAAARRRRRR
I was looking for an upgrade to my arcade pc, i'm mindblown !
its great!
@@drewtalks Is this PC preloaded with games or do I have to manually download all the games for it??
can this mini pc run kriscoolmod 4tb and 2tb light gun, seeing you have the 96tb thanks
Will it play golden tee complete?
Will this work with a generic USB arcade joystick kit or you need a xbox controller?
What would be the best mini pc up to PS2 games and play majority to 1080p ?

What if someone wans to delete some of the games and emulators. Would that cause problems or errors?
No you can delete games at will no biggy
@@drewtalks only problem with that is it will take more to to get to the games a person would be interested in playing.

I have no idea about your password sorry, those values boost the performance just a tad bit
also make sure your power output on your mini pc is comparable

Yes

Yes but you would need to a buy a light gun that works with the pc like a sinden light gun, dolphin bar or gun ir

Yes, there is launchbox, retrobat, hyperspin attraction and more all free use google
i have 2 beelink 5800h 32gb ram...they are really nice mini pc for emulation
totally
Might even run better in Bazzite (Linux gaming) since it will be less heavy then Win$ 11

Then I'd get a gaming laptop
@@drewtalks I don’t want a screen.
the one thing I miss in hyperspin is a delete game option, because 99% of the thousands games aren't interesting for everyone
At that point just go in to the hdd itself and remove them, that's what I do, mostly with sports titles 😅
Yes you can just go into the file system and delete them
Is the PC made of aluminum or plastic?
plastic
the one thing you're really going to want to do is not connect a chinese-made Mini PC to your home network

This is not a budget PC 😹
Most of the reviews on Amazon of the hard drive say it's full of virus' and keyloggers!!!!!!!
thats the older drive (with one front end) the latest 12TB from KinHank is fantastic
Yes and you believe all the reviewers?
Also lets just say there is, just disable the wifi or remove the wifi chip
I have the latest 12TB kinhank drive (with multiple front ends) and its brilliant no viruses

You still into crypto? Be good to see a follow up video as its been a few years since the last one
