Every year I return to my grandparents' countryside home, I feel so safe, at peace, and truly at home. I don't know if any place will ever make me feel like this little house does, so each day spent here feeds my heart. Even though it was a slow and gentle day, it was exactly what I needed after some chaotic few months 💗

I think that there is an option to bring up subtitles yourself if a video includes this option. You go into settings and you press captions(CC) and there should be an option to bring up eg English captions and another language.
I saw the beginning of the video and I was like "wait, is Alia Polish?!" - because the plum thing is also a very popular Polish dish called "knedle ze sliwkami", we also make it with many many different fruits :) greetings from Poland!
Crazy how this gives me the same vibes from my childhood in the brazillian countryside! Some similar foods even… 🫶🥺🇧🇷
My mom is Hungarian and I grew up on those dumplings too! We usually cook them from frozen so I can only imagine how delicious it would be fresh

Ah my aunt and uncle live in the countryside in Germany and this vlog feels sooo nostalgic. Having a little home garden and an outdoor dining area to just hang out and eat fresh food all day long is the best.

romanian is such an interesting language, at times it sounds so close to other romantic languages like portuguese and spanish but at others it almost sounds russian. even though I can mostly understand french and italian due to being a native speaker of portuguese, I have no idea what is being said in romanian! languages are so fun
it's a latin language, romanic one, group 5 italic: italian-romanian (very similar), french, portuguese and spanish... this is the explanation.😉
