For me there is no superhero fatigue.. I'm always excited for Superhero stories, but some Marvel projects like She-Hulk, Thor L&T,ms marvel are not up to the mark..
On DC there are major connection issues, but still A new reboot for DC is on the way and Future MCU projects also looks promising , I'm hopeful that a better future awaits ..

Marvel is love. I have never been bored with any movie or series except two or three projects. Otherwise their cinematic universes are damn good even though Thor love and thunder was not that great but the movie quality was amazing and right now secret invasion is going so good I am loving the twist .

Main thing is MCU and DC showing extra powerful things or being which doesn't related to the normal people. Era of Iron Man and Captain America were the characters which literally relate to common man life.

The main problem is that non of the directors and actors putting efforts in the making of movies.Not writing good scripts, VFX were wrost. There is reason why the batman,GOTG3,joker are very likeable by fans because the directors and actors giving efforts, just see why MI franchise are popular because tom cruise put so much effort. Upcoming The batman 2,Joker2,Deadpool 3 will be great movie because actors and directors putting efforts.

Avengers end game tak mai Marvel ki sabhi movie ka 1st show dekhta tha.. uske bad se Maine ek bhi movie multiplex mai nahi dekhi, ott ka wait karta hu... Marvel ko phir se iron man , captain America, black widow ko cast karna chahiye... Core team pe focus.
Agreed bro there is no such thing like superhero fatigue.. bhai accha content hoga to log dekhenge qki marvel ka fase 4 for me was not up to the mark qki endgame ke baad inke paas koi strong hero hi nahi hai bas spiderman ko nostalgia ka touch dekar aage badh rahe hai aur mcu connected universe honese hit hai to bura content bhi paisa kama raha hai but ab characters ke rights ane ke baad future accha hai. Wahi shazam aur the flash kafi acchi thi par connected universe na honese dceu fail hogaya.. but james gunn ka plan promising lag raha hai aur dc me bahut jyada potential hai bas accha content hona chahiye.

I would like to add one more point to it, ie; too many options for movies, due to which many fans are choosing their favourite ones and adding them to their watchlist. Like Deadpool 3 and not the Marvels or Bluebeetle. Hence as you said demand decreases with the increase in supply or options for too many movies/series.
