Brahmastra did have an extra scene though not after credits. The scene where DEV gets freed from the statue is kind of a post credit scene.

Ra-One aur Robot ko ek achche franchise Mai convert Kiya Jaa sakta tha, upar se un dono ka interaction Ra-One movie mai sahi tha. Aur Krish ke sequel Mai toh Krish ka beta bhi dikha Diya tha jiske paas bhi super powers the. Voh universe bhi achcha jaata. Unhone 'Koi Mil gaya' se voh universe chalu kiya tha toh voh sahi jaata.

I think any Universe need Two director , at least 3-4 main lead character, a good origin story of every lead character, Cameo in of one character in other movie, One cameo movie of all leads , Of course Multiple villains and one main villain for Assemble movie. at last 5 movies within 8 year.

Abhi India mai Cinematic Universe bhi toh hai like Rohit’s shetty ka cop universe, yash raj ka spy universe aur bhi bohot se Cinematic Universe bn rhe hai. Toh kya wo successful ho sakte hai
I think they can combine Krrish movies , AstraVerse , Upcoming Shaktimaan movie and Raj Comics.
They also dont have any actors who have worked in both of the franchises execpt for Amitabh Bachchan ( he was the narrator in krrish 3 and Guru 's Charecter in Brahmastra ) but no one has seen the future maybe Hrithik is the new Shaktimaan. But they have to give us a great universe i think Spy Universe has the potential and the good thing it does not have a single bad movie because even marvel and dc have bad and cringy movies but Spy Universe doesn't and i dont think that War 2 and Tiger V Pathaan will be bad movies.
astraverse is sufficient on it's own. It will FOR SURE be a global sensation bcoz of the dedication & vision ayan has. How long for that is the question.
On the contrary I feel even if we had multiple studios collaborating to bring characters together, it should be Krrish, RaOne & Attack bcoz all of them are sci-fi based and the concepts overlapping would actually be cool

The problem is the huge budget that would required to make a sagas of movies with such actors. Our directors would be able to make 4-5 projects but after that they would take a look that the projects are making money or not. If this problem is solved the phase and movie would be amazing.

bro Dev's intro can be considered kind of a post credit scene in Brahmastra part 1🤔🤔
they just integrated the hinting part in main screenplay itself rather than keeping it separate. This was a better idea imo bcoz we had just seen the high point of the film a few moments ago with characters ending happily and that sudden twist had more weight.

Post credit isn't necessary for "every" film. Marvel created this trend and it was adapted by major movies across the world, but it was never "necessary" for every film to have a post-credit scene. A movie can have an exciting end or a cliffhanger, it doesn't actually require a post-credit scene to hype up. Bhramastra did have a scene for DEV which acted as post-credit scene.
