Not only india is world's biggest producer and exporter of spices, but Indian's have been taught all the health benefits of all these spices from thousands of years and they are written in ayurveda too, which are all scientifically proven , like cinamon helps to lowers blood sugar level and is also anti diabetic, and turmeric has great anti-inflammatory effects, i have had a few accidents in my life like falling from motorcycle, slipping down the stairs the first thing my mom does is create a paste or turmeric and water to apply of the areas of inflammation and before sleeping a glass of milk boiled with 2 pinch of turmeric i don't remember me visiting hospital in last 10 years other than the COVID vaccination. Similarly there are many more spices with different benefits, allowing good digestion and they also gives the food great complex tastes and aroma.

Was abt to hv a mini heart attack whn u mentioned ull b dipping soan papdi in masala tea. Thank god u dint do it. One us a dessert & th other is beverage & are poles apart. As for why is Indian food all spicy, well most of th Indian snacks is little spicy even though u get th bland ones as well, u won't like them much. Plus we indians hv high spice tolerance levels as we'v grown up eating all this stuff & all those snacks that u found spicy, its nothing for us & even kids here eat them without any fuss.
lol well I’m glad we didn’t do that either! It kinda reminds us of cotton candy. But it wasn’t that bad. & yes we like spicy over here. Thank you for your comment 🙏💯
The first one soan papd is a popular sweet in india specially during diwali festival people share them with their relatives, friends and neighbours. It seems hard but when you touch it, it feels really soft and crumbly and when u eat it melts right away like cottton candy, i also use spoon to eat that bcz it is not easy to hold and i definitely have sweet tooth to enjoy all kinds of sweets. Trust me soan papdi is one one of the least sweetest desert or sweets available in india.
Ahh I see, I see! Yes it was very sweet. That’s so funny we thought that it kinda reminded us of cotton candy lol. But it wasn’t that bad. Just very interesting taste to us as we’ve never really had anything like that before.
Indians don't like mild stuff mostly. If it's desert it's gonna be super sweet . If it's Spicy stuff gonna be super spicy. In India in north it's super buttery with naans, curries(tikka masala butter chicken) having butter in it, in South it's super spicy curries and super healthy vegan breakfast, East is famous for indo-chinese(chowmein Manchurian, chilli chicken etc) and desserts(yes they're super sweet) except for Rajasthan food in West is really mild. This is just the tip of the iceberg Indian food is so diverse.
Wow we love that your guys have diverse foods. That’s why we are looking forward to trying more foods from your guys culture. Super interesting! Thank you so much for your comment & sharing that with us today. Much appreciated 😊🙏💯
That was our mistake. We wish we could have showed yall our reaction doing it the right way. But now we know and still going to try it this way lol. Thank you for letting us know that. We appreciate it! The parle-g are super good!! One of our favorites I must say
4:48 please look at the packaging, it's cut into squares on there so you gotta cut & lift out the portions lol Indian food / snacks are spicy because it helps you sweat so you cool down naturally & the capsaicin helps immunity, inflammation & blood circulation Parle G are effin ICONIC I love them so much I used to bring them to elementary school all the time

Nobody loves twiseler , sour candies , and no Indians eat much sugar as Americans does , but it's sweets are much sweeter because the food is much spicier, and we don't like blande and taste less things we need everything intense. And nobody loves meyo , or burger or pizza in first time but it takes time to like it same with you guys.

The land of India....especially India grows the largest number of spices available in the whole world. Thus spice goes into everything that we have. This is from savouries to sweets to drinks and snacks. Each spice has a specific role to play in balancing human body and thus extensively used by Indians. Indian food in usually loaded with different kinds of spices. They may not be hot with chillies, but, prepared with a variety of spice. Each food item in India changes with every 100-150 kilometers as it is a country with diverse culture, traditions, language and religions. Each place has a distinct flavour to offer and thus use different spices in their food preparations...
