I'm sorry if these questions are too silly, I'm a fresher in Salesforce.
1. How did your production automatically recieved the inbound change set?
So what I mean to ask is how did you made connection between the two orgs?
2. You did not had any apex classes in outbound change set, then why did it threw apex test run error during the package validation?

1. I already configured the first point like sandbox to production or production to sandbox
2. We have already some apex classes but i did not added in to the changes set right but change set having 4 options you can read and you can easily understand.

Thanks for such an informative content,I have one question if a user does not have access to production and only has access to sandbox,can he/she still deploy to production?
No, in that case you can deploy using apache ant by giving the credentials of the production org
Please share the step if we need to only deploy fields using change set

Keep in your mind change set never work on the data it only work in metadata.
@@SalesforceHunt yeah sure sir,but before deploy in to production where we have to test that metadata wheather it is sandbox or developer environment?if it is sandbox then what is use of developer environment?? I'm confused with this point.
There are 4 types of sandboxes right based on your sandboxes you can choose and if you have some apex classes and trigger you must have to check that test option in change set to validate right.
