    Great video, and I hadn't thought about taking a plane within Japan, since the bullet train is fast, in itself, but I guess sometimes, travel needs to be faster 😃
    Also, does the iPhone have a gimbal to steady the image? My Android doesn't do that, but my GoPro does, even though the batteries for those last about 90 mins tops, and are a royal pain.
    Plus, it'd be good to know generally how much things cost, as you go about, e.g. for the breakfast, lunch and museum. And I'd charge those birds, but they can fly higher than me 😁
    And I also enjoyed the transitions. If it could make restaurant food really appear that quick, it would be brilliant!

    • @hangswithchristian

      Thanks for the kind feedback once again buddy! Glad you enjoyed it. Definitely will charge those birds next time haha
      Yeah if you can afford it, the trains are wayy more worth the convenience and comfort. Going through airport is always such an ordeal and you’re always have to pay for luggage.
      I have the iPhone 15 Pro and it has stabilisation built-in. I’m actually really impressed by the camera and audio quality of it. It’s not my main camera I use for videos but I do use it alot! Worth a look at buddy 🙋🏽‍♂️🇯🇵

    • @DVDfeverGames

      @@hangswithchristian Thanks for the reply and info. I'm an Android man, but I'd definitely look for one with stabilisation next time. Similarly, I bought a cool-looking light from Amazon (Smart Lamp Bluetooth Speaker with Wireless Charger) as the shape has a wireless charging section in the middle...
      Only then did I find out my Xiaomi 11T Pro DOESN'T do wireless charging. Oops! Still, I just plug a regular fast-charging cable into the phone and still place it on the WC section. It may not be wireless, but it's just a convenient place to put it 😁
      Train-wise, I figured that I'd buy a JR pass for the duration. I'd have to work out how often I'm likely to use the train, so I know whether to get the regular pass or 'Green' pass for the fancy seating 😃

    • @hangswithchristian

      Haha yeah the alternate is if you want to do filming, just get an phone gimbal. The DJI ones and Insta360 ones seem pretty great. You can pick up the DJI ones here pretty cheap from the secondhand stores.
      Yeah, the JR Pass has gone up in price so much now. It’s kind of not worth it unless you’re travelling every day. So maybe just be aware of that! Either way you’ll have a blast 🤙🏽🙋🏽‍♂️

    • @DVDfeverGames

      @@hangswithchristian Will look into those gimbals, thanks. I did once try a Zhiyun Smooth 5S, but it whizzed around like it was possessed by a ghost, and doing nothing I actually wanted. The GoPro 12 I have is good, but the battery life is 90 mins approx, which is really disappointing, but I wonder if I can get a multi-charger of some sort 😁
      Interesting point about tattoos. I'm not keen on them, and I like how there aren't many on view when I see Japan videos. Meanwhile, look around the UK and some people make Robert De Niro in Cape Fear look like a beginner 😃
      And I did think a JR pass would be good, but you're right - only if travelling every day, and I bet there'll be a couple of days where a quick 10 minutes planned in an arcade turns into most of the day 😁

    • @hangswithchristian

      That’s a really small battery on the GoPro. Perhaps plug in a remote battery so it can have constant charge? Small hack so you don’t need to spend extra money.
      Yeah, think about the JR Pass as its not worth it anymore in my eyes. It’s so expensive. Either way you’ll have a blast. You just don’t want to be travelling everyday and miss actually taking it in! Best of luck legend!

    Hey Christian! I'm looking to move to japan. The tough part is that I do not have a bachelor's degree.
    I was looking at attending a Japanese language school for 12 months then possibly transferring to a vocational school to get into the IT field with a student visa. Is this a viable option?
    Any advice you can pass along to me?

    • @hangswithchristian

      Hey mate!
      Yeah sounds similar to me. If you are looking for the fastest and easiest option to be in country and you have the financial backing, student visa is the best option. Usually a student visa is maximum 2 years, though Im pretty sure you can stay on if you are in the educational system. Either way studying the language is always a good idea as it’s your key to communication here.
      As for a further study, I’ll be honest, Im not that exposed yet so can’t give you a solid answer on that. You could just come on a longer term Japanese study visa and work your options out once arriving. If you want to shorten your course later with the school, find one that will refund the difference such as mine at GenkiJacs. That’s my best advice, I hope that helps a little bit and wish you the absolute best mate!

    I'd say there is a unique culture of fashion, music, and things like that among the young generation, especially in アメ村 (Amemura). It's very individualistic. It might be easier to see people with tattoos because tattoos are becoming a fashion statement, whereas they still have a negative impression in Japan. When it comes to the second one, I understand your disappointment. I also feel disappointed. While there are many kind people in Japan, you also encountered the unfortunate reality that not everyone is always nice. 😅

      Yeah that is very true, though I have seen over the years coming here the view of tattoo’s slowly changing. As you said, it is still widely not accepted in comparison to other cultures though I have seen the incredible slow change happening! One day haha
      And as for the second, it’s sad to see that act though I am still in the belief its only a small amount of bad characters. The greater population is still incredibly helpful.
      Always great to hear from you again legend! 🙋🏽‍♂️🇯🇵
