This is one of the best narrations. In my student days in 1988-90, I used to run the grounds of the Rajrif centre in Delhi and do the obstacle course. The jawans there were one of the best human beings and used to encourage us students. The memories of their warmth still brings a smile.. Jai Hind

My dad was a Col in the Indian army and was stationed in Kashmir. He was so well known by locals and the army men that he would travel without any escort and when stopped by a crowd- he would come out and instantly there used to be a comment -Arrey yeh to hamare commander sahib hain
When he was posted out , there was not a single flower left in the Mughal gardens as the locals used flower petals to shower his motorcade!
My grandfather was in army he was passed away few months and my father served army for 30 yes years and I am proud of it, Jao hind, Jai jat , sat shri Akal wahe guru ji da khalsa wahe guru g de fateh

I don’t think anyone has ever questioned Army , people question politics being played using army’s name. Army has also been at fault in handling Kashmir but that order also comes from somewhere
it is great to see that finally we are able to honor our real heroes and shifting from reel life to real life heroes.
