How to make eggs!

Prompted by a question from my son about why people don’t cook for themselves, I’m going to cook food that is simple, easy, and won’t cost you a lot of money!
As athletes, we need to nourish our bodies.
This is all done in one take. I want you to see everything. Even the mistakes. Those might even be the most important part, because it is from those mistakes that we learn and grow and get better.
Help me come up with a name for this section.
