With the Class 47 clearly doing half the work up the grade out of Weymouth. What a waste of diesel fuel ! And people actually pay to go on these pseudo steam train trips ?

There were plans for a steam loco from Swanage to be the banker up here at one point. I’m not sure if it will actually happen in the future.
