    I like that you are honest - “yeah, can’t smell that.” So many hosts clearly don’t smell anything or don’t know what they smell and just start confabulating. Respect, Sam

      Thanks. Yeah honestly by the time you've diluted to 0.1% you can't always smell it, also it can get tricky with things like musks I find.

    Hi, Sam. I've been loving your videos so far. I miss the tutorials.
    I'm trying to get into DIY perfumery. Maybe start a business. I've seen most of your tutorial videos so far (not all yet), and perhaps you could try to make a series with some summary bullet points? (Example: DIY Perfumery Intro In 10 Minutes. Covers materials, costs, basic knowledge, equipment. Just enough to really quickly get into DIY perfumery. Dense, quick, with timestamps in description.)
    Then let subscribers on YT vote using a poll for the next topic. A sort of YT video-book with chapters on perfumery. I'd love something like that. :)

      Hey Jay, thanks for the comment. The reason I don't make the tutorial videos so much is that they normally take weeks to make and it's hard to find the time as also I'm working full time and working on projects for my own perfume business, however, I will make some more when I have time. I think the condensed intro video idea with timestamps is a great idea and would be a good entry point into some of the other videos; I'll see what I can do.

    where do you source your bottles from? I bought some from amazon and they were rubbish!

    • @sammacer
      @sammacer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What bottles did you buy? And do you mean bottles for a finished perfume or sample bottles to hold ingredients?

      @@sammacer your bottles for diluted materials. I bought some that look like essential oil bottles but they are a bit crap.
