      The World is poorer for it. Taddei was every bit the star Gobbi was and, in some ways more so.

    que joya este video, uno de los mas grandes que jamas volveremos a ver. pero jamas ni siquiera algo parecido. es increible como interpreta y aguanta il maestro di cappella... SIN PALABRAS INHUMANO!!!

    He had some technical issues, but he his voice was very charismatic, and he was an incredible communicator, both with his voice and with his body. The man could really act.

      This masterpiece is called "Il maestro di Cappella" by Domenico Cimarosa. It's a musical intermezzo of about 15 - 20 minutes. It's composed for a baritone/bass-baritone/bass and the singer imitates the sounds of the musical instruments of a classical orchestra while singing together with them! A true musical chef d'oeuvre!!!
