From one dad to another--dude, you have a real knack for explaining and demonstrating products with unusual clarity. And you have the perfect voice for this. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll have a big following in time.
Awesome! Thank you! Thank you so much. Your comment is one of the best I have ever received. Your kind words mean so much and I really appreciate them. Thanks for taking the time to leave your comment!!! Thanks!!!!
My husband and I just bought this exact model and we absolutely LOVE it. Thanks to you we went with this machine. We bought this because of your videos. We did ALOT of research but I learned more about this machine from your videos than anywhere else. You explain everything so well and you answered all our questions. We love your videos, thanks Dad! 👍🏽
If you brew any of the smaller size cups & travel mugs options and you want to use the 'stay warm' function ... at the end of your cycle just switch the selector to either 1/2 carafe or full carafe and hit the stay warm and it works to keep your smaller size brews warm ! You're no longer restricted to using this feature for only the larger carafe sizes.
Thank you for posting in such detail! My husband and I have been saving some coupons to purchase a new coffee maker and I've been poring over reviews. I've had my heart set on this one and your review has sealed the deal!
my son gave him the ninja coffee maker but it became very complicated at home, so I looked for a video on you tube and found you, it's an excellent explanation everyone already knows how to use it, thank you very much DAD= PAPA 👍
Thank you for the video! I just bought one of these and got it at a fantastic price!! I'm glad I found your channel to learn how to use it 😆 I'm waiting on it to come in the mail. Actually due tomorrow to come in. 😆 I like all your videos they are very informative.
Starbucks single shot is 3/4 of an oz. and a double shot is 1 1/2 oz. They decided that the smaller shot tastes better because it's the sweetest part. What most likely made your latte taste bitter is because Folgers coffee isn't the same thing as using espresso or a comparable coffee. So when you are making your coffee remember that the better the coffee the better the taste! Darker roasts have less caffeine and the lighter roasts have more caffeine. Better water will also give you a better flavor! Starbucks Komodo Dragon Coffee works really good for all around flavor!
The advantage to having a button to stop the drip so you can remove the pot is that the brew process is paused. Other machines don't actually pause the brewing, they just stop the coffee from pouring out of the filter basket. If you get distracted and don't put your pot back, the basket will fill up and the coffee machine will still keep brewing, overflowing the basket.
Thank you for this informative video. I was researching buying a new coffee machine to replace my 6 year old cuisinart. Your videos are detailed and informative and answers a lot of questions before they need to be asked.
I was just about to buy the cuisinart one but did some more research and remembered my sister has a ninja coffee maker and seen they had this one and i love that you can brew tea as well. This might get me excited to drink tea again.
This is a nice coffee maker, that makes a great pot of coffee. it has a lot of controls but you will get used to them after a bit. What is your favorite coffee to drink?
The karaf was designed for SCA certification in other models, like my CM401, so it is 1L instead of 12 cups. This unit didn't get SCA certified but Ninja probably opted to not redesign the karaf and everything related. That's also why the scoops are not Tbs/tsp -- the scooper measures the grinds asked for by the SCA (about 55g coffee per 1L water but only snobs weigh it, lol!) I'm tempted to upgrade to this one for the tea functionality. Ty for the review.
Wow that is some great information. I was wondering why this one was not SCA. It seemed like it would pass with the pausing of the brew. Thanks for sharing and everything you said now make sense. I thought I just missed see the sticker on it. so it never was SCA certified.
I am so happy that I found your channel! Totally helpful since I was looking for a new coffee maker. Now, I just ordered this, and can't wait to try it in a few days. Gonna come back and look at this video again once I get it. Thank you!!

@@JustADad You are welcome!! After looking at most of your videos, I bought this ninja coffee maker, and the Cuisinart SS-10P1 . Just got the Cuisinart today, gonna try it first thing in the morning tomorrow. And now, I just need to learn how to clean, and maintain them. Thank you again!!
Would you be willing to do a follow-up video? I've seen some reviews about some leaking occurring. Are you still using this machine? Have any issues developed? The initial reviews are great, but knowing how something works months later is very helpful too. Thanks!
Thanks for this review vid! I was wondering if you ever did the update review for this? I'm also seeing the same about leaks and it's making me hesitant because those reviews also say Ninja's customer service is very poor, they cover very little under warranty, and for any replacements they require you to pay over $20 for shipping. Definitely would prefer to not deal with that headache if possible.
How well does the delay work? My wife would love something that we can set the night before and she can grab her cup and go. Can you schedule it at night for like 6AM?
A tip: In an owner review on Amazon, I read that it is best NOT to remove the reservoir on a regular basis to fill it. Kind of defeats the point to treat it like a standard non-removable coffeemaker reservoir - but leaving it put apparently increases longevity of the gasket at the bottom that is responsible for keeping the water from leaking out. (OTOH, the reservoirs are replaceable through Ninja's website for under $30 as of this writing.) What I can't seem to figure out is where to find a copy of the recipe book that originally accompanied this unit. I have searched the web and Ninja's website and can't find one. Any suggestions?
I am still doubting about getting this ninja coffee maker or keep my old ninja coffee maker cause i only drink iced coffee and green thea and thats it. I,ve never had a cold brew so i am curious about that

@@donnyvillers6134 This is a great question. I am really torn between a reusable filter, the one built in or a paper filter. I do think you get a better tasting coffee with the reusable filter or built in one.
