Rerun of Yinlin's Weapon means rerun of the original discussion on how over-the-top Stringmaster is and why it is one of the most sought after limited weapon in WuWa currently. 1. Massive crit rate - as Senpai already mentioned. 2. Universal fixed buff - 12% DMG bonus of all element is a significant plus to all char's DMG bonus bracket on their damage formula. 3. That blessed second buff.... Why blessed? Generally all rectifier users have lower base attack than other weapons. The weapon itself also have lower base attack than other 5 stars equivalent, too. Therefore, Kuro gives this weapon type higher substats than others. This feat on other Rectifier weapons tend to be balanced with other 5 stars weapon this way. Stringmaster, on the other hand, laughs at balance and proceed to give its user 24% raw ATK buff that is super easy to stack. Currently all DPS Rectifier (Encore, Yinlin, and Zhezhi) can take advantage of said buff in full. While only Yinlin can ultimately keep the last line of buff consistently, the second line of 24% Atk buff is the reason Stringmaster is best overall choice for Encore, and 2nd best choice for Zhezhi. Hope this further helps anyone deciding which weapon among the three they would like to go for.

Not really most will eventually get replaced, but will they be useless not really, still usable just like how they do things in PGR (but 2-3yrs from now on im betting theirs going to be a massive powercreep as every anniversary Kuro kinda up the level of new generation char.). For now we finally got a limited 5 Star Havoc DPS, 2.0 Rumors female gunner glacio main dps, will replace lingyang. 2.1 Male aero probably sub-dps given we got main dps jiyan. After that a main dps electro, Sub-dps spectro, fusion main dps, havoc sub-dps (supports is probably gonna be added sparingly so who knows when will they decide to add a another one). After that its nearing the anniversary so can't wait which char. element and role is going to be for the 1st anniversary and who's going to be replaced first (but i bet Jiyan cause he is the first limited so new Aero main dps)

Its weird. For genshin its always the archons which are released way later at x.2 or x.3 which give us a lot of time to save meanwhile starter x.0 characters are mostly mid and skippable. In wuwa we are yet to see a pattern.
Funny thing is yinlin can become a decent AOE dps when paired with youhu(100% coordinated atk amplifier) 😂, it sounds fun so i'll try to pull for yinlin.
yeah honestly 1.4 is literally a whats more important on your account, because day 1 players are either going for camellya and her sig, going for xiangli yao sig(if u got him for free), going for yinlin or stringmaster. Honestly camellya and her sig is broken. Literally she will be dps queen making jinshi second

True. I am a day 2 player. Have yinlin with stringmaster and Yao. Don't care about his weapon, bcose I don't play him. His dmg is a joke anyway, nowhere near Jinhsi - at least my heavily invested Jinhsi.

Yinlin's companion mission was quite disappointing but I'm glad I pulled her. Now I'm in a situation where I can probably guarantee Camellya but if I win the 50/50 I'll have extra pulls for a weapon. Hopefully that happens so that I can pick up Stringmaster. Regarding Jinhsi and XY - the one with the best performance in ToA for me is currently XY, though that may be because I got his sig. I button mash way too much to get good results, so XY generally gives good results on the fourth floor and in the central towers while Jinhsi is usually one or two stars lower. Even Encore/Rover outperform her if there's an attribute bonus.
I'm still leveling all my characters and weapons to lv.90 before trying any builds for anyone lol, like 70% of the way there for characters and about 40% for the weapons 😵💫
i have calchraro with 2 copy and its a extremely pain seeing xiang li yao arrive and kick calcharo ass in dmg :( but well it look like its time to just change main character xiangli yao it took places
Thankfully i managed to get most signature weapons for all previously released characters except for ZZ since stringmaster was good enough for her, really gotta give it to Kuro for making the weapon banner guaranteed and giving Xiangli Yao for free which really helped, im a light spender too i only bought the monthly pass and BP so you really don't need to spend all that much money in this game, $15 a month is equivocal to an MMO subscription so i ain't got problems spending that much every month With this i can just focus on Camellya and keep saving during phase 2 for the new 2.0 characters.

It's possible with Amnity Accord/Celestial Spiral/Stonard. It mainly just comes down to grouping the mobs properly with his Liberation so you're always hitting at least 3 enemies at a time.
Me personally I will skip, I may have a benched sc6 sanhua, and a benched Yao, but I already made a commitment to my male hvc.Rover to be teamed with yinlin and Baizhi. But if I was a new player, I think I can live with 2 hvc dps' equipped with EoG, because it would mean I can swap and share thier echoes and weapons for TOA, only problem it will cause is floors with the existence of a havoc prism or hvc resistant enemy.

I have jinhsi, (with ages of harvest), zhezhi ( with cosmic ripples), Xiangli Yao ( running on a 4 star gauntlet) and shorekeeper (on variation R2) as my only limited characters (though they all have cracked builds) I would pull for Verity's Handle for sure in this patch, and I am more looking forward to the next rumored pistol dps than Camellya so I'm not pulling for her too. I want to ask should I pull for Yinlin and Stringmaster still! (The Cosmic ripples 12.8% Energy Regen really helps me a lot otherwise I might have to go an ER 3 cost on zhezhi) I have jianxin but I like to use my S6, All talents 10 Sanhua with Xiangli Yao and shorekeeper. (Yes, I am a Sanhua Simp.) Could you please answer If I really need to pull for yinlin and stringmaster? 'Cause I think on zhezhi if I have to swap one of my glacio damage bonus for ER, her damage would be worse. And talking about for any future character, I can just pull their signature for them. It depends on the reason why you want to pull for Yinlin. Since you have Zhezhi, you don’t need Yinlin for Coordinated attacks which helps Jinshi a lot to fill her forte stacks. But if you’re pulling Yinlin to buff xiangli yao or calcharo, Jianxin is a good alternative buffer since their damage scales of resonance liberation damage. Yinlin’s weapon is a must for every free to play player. Having it guarantees that you have a solid weapon for both dps and sub dps rectifier users. Cosmic ripples energy regen passive stat is good but it’s not really needed. I never run an energy regen 3 cost on Zhezhi. Wuthering waves resonance energy system one of the best features in every gacha game I have played so far because it’s very forgiving. Your teammates help you regenerate a lot of concerto energy by using their resonance skills so all you need to do is to have an optimised rotation. I never run into energy issues with zhezhi even though i’m using the battle pass rectifier weapon. Here’s a broken tip in the game. All characters that have their forte tied to their resonance skill help them and their teammates recover a lot of resonance energy because the game still sees it as a resonance skill cast. Usually i always use all asteride on all banner and always lose 50:50 (except jiyan on 1.0)😅 so i don't have yinlin, changli and zhezi. But right now i'm not sure want to pull camelya, havoc rover dam so good and i still have unbuild s6danjin on my bench,... What is the best weapon for havoc rover and danjin right now? Between camelya sig vs changli sig? And how big the gap compare to standard *5?
Yuanwu is enough for jingshi to pop off. If you have verina, it is even better. These two excluding mortefi provide enough coordinated attack to make jingshi hit 100k-300k depending on crit and rotation. Don't pull yinlin for jingshi. If that is the purpose of getting yinlin. Yinlin is in itself a powerful sub dps that rival dps damage. She is good on any team providing extra damage comparable to dps on her own as a support. Pull her is a must but not for jingshi specifically. She is added crazy damage value on any team as sub dps other than buff. Her weapon is broken AF. Get it ASAP. Camellya is rather an option. Her damage is not known yet and her kit is just fan service. Her weapon can only be utilise by her so without camellya that weapon is a dud. Standard 5* sword is better than her weapon. Her playstyle should be hypercarry rather than swap tech. Her buff gets cuts off once she leave the field. So it becomes narrow in her play for team comps. However take it as a grain of salt. People may understand her kit better when she release and maybe a powercreep damage given to her for sales. Xianliyao if you missed him during the event. It s*cks like crazy. He is by far one of the best dps for hypercarry and swap tech. He is versatile and provide insane damage. He need is signature weapon for this. Easy to use, easy for any teams and crazy team gameplay in swap tech. He is a must have for swap tech teams. Pairing him with changli would create a team that able to out dps jingshi hypercarry. His weapon is the best gauntlet at this time. F2p should save for the other 2 banner, your rover is more than enough as a havoc dps to clear TOA. However if camellya powercreep jingshi. Don't skip her.

If you already have someone to provide coordinated attacks for Jinshi, then Yinlin is not worth the pull. If you want her as a buffer for xiangli yao and calcharo, then she’s worth pulling but Jianxin is an alternative buffer but not that comfortable to play with
On my way to skip Camellya and her weapon 😎 This patch is in general a huge skip for me. I'll try to get Yinlin and her weapon, but if the RNG god abandons me with her 50/50, then I'll try to get XY's weapon. I'm not a fan of him, but his weapon is the only way I could play Lingyang and DPS Jianxin. Also, I want to try the Catdog Xylophone duo.

No offense intended but your rotation math is off. She consumes Crimson Pistils (Forte) to generate BONUS 40 concerto (from consuming a full forte bar) but the attacks themselves also generate concerto like normal so you get way more then that total. You don't need to double intro or pay any special attention for a normal rotation.
So what if I have Xiangli Yao's signature weapon and also Yinlin but without her weapon, should I go for Camellya since I could manage to get Yinlin's weapon in the second part of the banner?
If you have enough pulls to secure a guaranteed Camellya, go for it. You’ll get enough pulls to pull on the weapon banner as long as you log in daily and do the events. But if Camellya is not guaranteed, you can still pull on her banner. If you lose the 50 50, wait and pull on Yinlin’s weapon banner. This strategy helps secure a guaranteed 5 star if Camellya is not guaranteed.

In the future events that I'm definitely doing, I think I'll be around 130 pulls. Should I, if I could win my 50/50, take her signature? But I also have the free 5-star blade at the max, so it's a big loss if I don't choose her weapon and go instad for Yinlin's weapon because I get more benefit from that because I'm currently playing Xianli Yao and Yinlin but without her weapon.
@@Shinei-dr1ue getting Yinlin’s weapon helps secure a solid 5 star rectifier that you can run with any sub dps or main dps rectifier users So I think in terms of pull value, Yinlin’s weapon has the highest priority. The 5 star standard sword is not a huge damage loss by the way. You just need to run double elemental damage bonus with Sanhua and your damage will still be good. But if you really need Camellya’s weapon, go for it

not 100% accurate about the XY weapon. if you bought the Bp once you can obtain the Stonard which is like the little brother version of Varieties Handle. don't know how it compares to the other BP weapons but I think it is a solid alternative if you don't wish to pull XY weapon
I have the stonard. It’s only better if you have high refinement. The abyss surges outputs more damage than R1 stonard. And I didn’t mention it because this is a free to play pull advice
As a Yao S0R1 have, I just want to say his weapon is totally worth it (to be fair, every DPS signature weapon is worth it). I don’t think I need Yinlin for him to clear any content easily. Jianxin is more than enough for me. But if you like Yinlin as a character or her gameplay, then go for it. She still a great character to have, plus her synergy with Yao is simply flawless 👌👌👌

If you don't have a guarateed 160 to ensure the character even if you lose the 50/50. You can't loose on the weapon banner, so you should get it in 80 pulls, if you don't get it early.

True. I am a day 2 player. Have yinlin with stringmaster and Yao. Don't care about his weapon, bcose I don't play him. His dmg is a joke anyway, nowhere near Jinhsi - at least my heavily invested Jinhsi.

Yinlin's companion mission was quite disappointing but I'm glad I pulled her. Now I'm in a situation where I can probably guarantee Camellya but if I win the 50/50 I'll have extra pulls for a weapon. Hopefully that happens so that I can pick up Stringmaster.
Regarding Jinhsi and XY - the one with the best performance in ToA for me is currently XY, though that may be because I got his sig. I button mash way too much to get good results, so XY generally gives good results on the fourth floor and in the central towers while Jinhsi is usually one or two stars lower. Even Encore/Rover outperform her if there's an attribute bonus.

I'm still leveling all my characters and weapons to lv.90 before trying any builds for anyone lol, like 70% of the way there for characters and about 40% for the weapons 😵💫
i have calchraro with 2 copy and its a extremely pain seeing xiang li yao arrive and kick calcharo ass in dmg :( but well it look like its time to just change main character xiangli yao it took places
Thankfully i managed to get most signature weapons for all previously released characters except for ZZ since stringmaster was good enough for her, really gotta give it to Kuro for making the weapon banner guaranteed and giving Xiangli Yao for free which really helped, im a light spender too i only bought the monthly pass and BP so you really don't need to spend all that much money in this game, $15 a month is equivocal to an MMO subscription so i ain't got problems spending that much every month
With this i can just focus on Camellya and keep saving during phase 2 for the new 2.0 characters.

It's possible with Amnity Accord/Celestial Spiral/Stonard. It mainly just comes down to grouping the mobs properly with his Liberation so you're always hitting at least 3 enemies at a time.

Me personally I will skip, I may have a benched sc6 sanhua, and a benched Yao, but I already made a commitment to my male hvc.Rover to be teamed with yinlin and Baizhi.
But if I was a new player, I think I can live with 2 hvc dps' equipped with EoG, because it would mean I can swap and share thier echoes and weapons for TOA, only problem it will cause is floors with the existence of a havoc prism or hvc resistant enemy.

I have jinhsi, (with ages of harvest), zhezhi ( with cosmic ripples), Xiangli Yao ( running on a 4 star gauntlet) and shorekeeper (on variation R2) as my only limited characters (though they all have cracked builds)
I would pull for Verity's Handle for sure in this patch, and I am more looking forward to the next rumored pistol dps than Camellya so I'm not pulling for her too.

'Cause I think on zhezhi if I have to swap one of my glacio damage bonus for ER, her damage would be worse. And talking about for any future character, I can just pull their signature for them.

It depends on the reason why you want to pull for Yinlin. Since you have Zhezhi, you don’t need Yinlin for Coordinated attacks which helps Jinshi a lot to fill her forte stacks. But if you’re pulling Yinlin to buff xiangli yao or calcharo, Jianxin is a good alternative buffer since their damage scales of resonance liberation damage. Yinlin’s weapon is a must for every free to play player. Having it guarantees that you have a solid weapon for both dps and sub dps rectifier users. Cosmic ripples energy regen passive stat is good but it’s not really needed. I never run an energy regen 3 cost on Zhezhi. Wuthering waves resonance energy system one of the best features in every gacha game I have played so far because it’s very forgiving. Your teammates help you regenerate a lot of concerto energy by using their resonance skills so all you need to do is to have an optimised rotation. I never run into energy issues with zhezhi even though i’m using the battle pass rectifier weapon. Here’s a broken tip in the game. All characters that have their forte tied to their resonance skill help them and their teammates recover a lot of resonance energy because the game still sees it as a resonance skill cast. I’m skipping everyone even though everyone says Yinlin is a “must pull”. I have XY and his weapon, I’ll be saving for male resonators and their weapons. Unless theres a (5*) female resonator I like later down the line :]
Usually i always use all asteride on all banner and always lose 50:50 (except jiyan on 1.0)😅 so i don't have yinlin, changli and zhezi. But right now i'm not sure want to pull camelya, havoc rover dam so good and i still have unbuild s6danjin on my bench,... What is the best weapon for havoc rover and danjin right now? Between camelya sig vs changli sig? And how big the gap compare to standard *5?
Yuanwu is enough for jingshi to pop off. If you have verina, it is even better. These two excluding mortefi provide enough coordinated attack to make jingshi hit 100k-300k depending on crit and rotation.
Don't pull yinlin for jingshi. If that is the purpose of getting yinlin. Yinlin is in itself a powerful sub dps that rival dps damage. She is good on any team providing extra damage comparable to dps on her own as a support. Pull her is a must but not for jingshi specifically. She is added crazy damage value on any team as sub dps other than buff. Her weapon is broken AF. Get it ASAP.
Camellya is rather an option. Her damage is not known yet and her kit is just fan service. Her weapon can only be utilise by her so without camellya that weapon is a dud. Standard 5* sword is better than her weapon. Her playstyle should be hypercarry rather than swap tech. Her buff gets cuts off once she leave the field. So it becomes narrow in her play for team comps. However take it as a grain of salt. People may understand her kit better when she release and maybe a powercreep damage given to her for sales.
Xianliyao if you missed him during the event. It s*cks like crazy. He is by far one of the best dps for hypercarry and swap tech. He is versatile and provide insane damage. He need is signature weapon for this. Easy to use, easy for any teams and crazy team gameplay in swap tech. He is a must have for swap tech teams. Pairing him with changli would create a team that able to out dps jingshi hypercarry. His weapon is the best gauntlet at this time.
F2p should save for the other 2 banner, your rover is more than enough as a havoc dps to clear TOA. However if camellya powercreep jingshi. Don't skip her.

The thing is having more element coverage is a safe investment rather than double down upgrading existing team.
@@nyxiis624 Yinlin’s signature weapon is a must for every player so focus on that if you don’t have it. If you already have someone to provide coordinated attacks for Jinshi, then Yinlin is not worth the pull. If you want her as a buffer for xiangli yao and calcharo, then she’s worth pulling but Jianxin is an alternative buffer but not that comfortable to play with

This patch is in general a huge skip for me. I'll try to get Yinlin and her weapon, but if the RNG god abandons me with her 50/50, then I'll try to get XY's weapon.

No offense intended but your rotation math is off. She consumes Crimson Pistils (Forte) to generate BONUS 40 concerto (from consuming a full forte bar) but the attacks themselves also generate concerto like normal so you get way more then that total. You don't need to double intro or pay any special attention for a normal rotation.

If you have enough pulls to secure a guaranteed Camellya, go for it. You’ll get enough pulls to pull on the weapon banner as long as you log in daily and do the events. But if Camellya is not guaranteed, you can still pull on her banner. If you lose the 50 50, wait and pull on Yinlin’s weapon banner. This strategy helps secure a guaranteed 5 star if Camellya is not guaranteed.
@@itssenpai626 So I won my last 50/50 against Zesshi and I currently have 106 pulls on my account and also 6 Pitty on the limited character banner. In the future events that I'm definitely doing, I think I'll be around 130 pulls. Should I, if I could win my 50/50, take her signature? But I also have the free 5-star blade at the max, so it's a big loss if I don't choose her weapon and go instad for Yinlin's weapon because I get more benefit from that because I'm currently playing Xianli Yao and Yinlin but without her weapon.

@@Shinei-dr1ue getting Yinlin’s weapon helps secure a solid 5 star rectifier that you can run with any sub dps or main dps rectifier users So I think in terms of pull value, Yinlin’s weapon has the highest priority. The 5 star standard sword is not a huge damage loss by the way. You just need to run double elemental damage bonus with Sanhua and your damage will still be good. But if you really need Camellya’s weapon, go for it

not 100% accurate about the XY weapon. if you bought the Bp once you can obtain the Stonard which is like the little brother version of Varieties Handle.
don't know how it compares to the other BP weapons but I think it is a solid alternative if you don't wish to pull XY weapon
I have the stonard. It’s only better if you have high refinement. The abyss surges outputs more damage than R1 stonard. And I didn’t mention it because this is a free to play pull advice

As a Yao S0R1 have, I just want to say his weapon is totally worth it (to be fair, every DPS signature weapon is worth it). I don’t think I need Yinlin for him to clear any content easily. Jianxin is more than enough for me. But if you like Yinlin as a character or her gameplay, then go for it. She still a great character to have, plus her synergy with Yao is simply flawless 👌👌👌

If you don't have a guarateed 160 to ensure the character even if you lose the 50/50. You can't loose on the weapon banner, so you should get it in 80 pulls, if you don't get it early.
