Attention to flavor detail and potency is great, but there's just not a good range of simple, low-potency concentrate product choices for cranky old nostalgics like myself, and that's a total bummer. There's only one place that can serve the need in the whole state, that I can find. You know how sometimes following an afternoon of yardwork the only thing you want is a plain ol' ice cold and refreshing beer and NOT a midweight apricot-forward amber-roast low-alpha hefeweizen with a dry and mildly acidic sourdough yeast-bite? Nobody in this state makes regular beer anymore, metaphorically speaking. I like what these folks in the video are doing and their philosophy around it, but golly, everything in CO concentrates is too darn technical and arty-farty, imho. We need simple basics, too. Hopefully someone else here can grok this. I feel like I'm yelling at clouds.
We were making bubble hash 20’years ago with jack herer
