I posted this one another video of theirs, and I'm posting it here, too. Do NOT buy this. I just ordered an MP10Te from Tower Hobbies. Step 1 (STEP 1!!!) in the instructions is to build the differentials. There should be 12 shims for this. In fact, there should be a few extras. I got 11. Contacted Tower Hobbies...LIKE IT SAYS IN THE MANUAL...if missing parts. Tower says "Yeah, we don't do that. Contact Kyosho." Call Kyosho. There is NOBODY there answering the phones. "All our agents blah blah please leave a message." Left a message. Left another message. Left ANOTHER message. Last call..."Kyosho customer service is closed for the day." Nice. I can't even get past step 1. I can't get parts from Tower Hobbies. Apparently, I can't get parts from Kyosho, either, as they don't answer their phones and they don't call back. I should be able to build this in 1 day. Right now, I don't even know how long it'll be until I can get parts for STEP 1!!! What happens when I get to step 2 and the same thing happens? Am I supposed to wait 4 or 5 days to hear from somebody, 4 or 5 more days to get parts, only to have to keep repeating this process??? My first RC car was a Kyosho Ultima in 1987 (gosh, it might have even been 1988). My last, and I mean LAST Kyosho car will be the MP10Te. I'm working on the return with Tower right now. They can have it back. Losi sells em. Associated sells em. There's even a few new companies making 1/8 scale cars to choose from now. Gonna send this back and get something else. If you can't enable your biggest distributor (Tower Hobbies) to stock and ship parts to customers, then you can have your car back. If you can't pick up your phone when I call you, then you can have your car back. If I can't get parts for it when I need them, you can have your car back. Utterly disgusted with how this company is ran. Hopefully they join Radio Shack, Sears, and Toys R Us.
