  • In an operation at Kennedy Space Center involving minute movements and precise placement, the pieces of the first CST-100 Starliner test article became a capsule. The test article will help verify the manufacturing method, the materials, and the parts being created by Boeing and the project’s suppliers and help study the design of the Starliner.

      Unmanned test flight: Dec 2017

Wow!!! This video comes out at the same time that Boeing announce a delay in the first manned flight in a Starliner capsule. So, the bottom line is that the Dream Chaser should've been the vehicle chose instead of the Starliner for Crew. Wasn't one of the main points that the Dream Chaser wouldn't be ready for crew flights till after 2017? I guess Boeing's political Allies paid off in the Starliner selection (the most expensive option).

A capsule? I'm sorry I know I don't have my degree in Aerospace Engineering but going to a capsule from a reusable vehicle is a step backwards.

The Capsules are reusable. They can fly up to 10 missions. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CST-100_Starliner
