Zoe, when you do the leg press at the gym you dont wanna hyper extend your legs everytime and lock your knees straight. A girl at my gym did that and hher knee poped backwards. Like to the back of her leg.
I had two guinea pigs that i love but then i got alergic to them the docter said that if i keep`t them i would get astma and maybe die sometimes i just cry course of all that stuff,,,,;(

Casual is key! I don't tend to set myself super tight deadlines because I definitely work better with looser goals. Daily vlogging is toughest in part because your mood is so different on different days! Some days are just so not vlog days for me, but some days it's all I want to do, so I get it
Try to do pilates. Casy from blogilates is so much fun, i love doing her exercises, they are fun, interesting, not complicated but they definitely done the work, you do feel ti afterwards. love her and love youu xx
