In that video she mentioned that she does or has before gone through treatments of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps the brain to reset basically which means that she wouldn't get panic/anxiety attacks for no reason like she does now.

Like Alfie said - Anxiety sucks. It feels kinda like that sensation you get before having to do a speech - but intensified, where your stomach turns and your hands shake and you feel sick to your stomach. That feeling can last all day, or even days on end, often without even knowing what you're anxious about.
Having that feeling all day is absolutely horrific and draining, and can have side effects of dizziness, weakness, seeing stars, heart palpitations, fainting, nausea, vomiting, stomach pains, limb numbness, as well as a bunch of other things :(

Alfie is so sweet and stuff about Zoe's anxiety and he doesn't make a big fuss over it and totally supports her. I know a lot of guys who would say "Just deal with it" And that kinda shit, but Alfie is SO sweet and understanding :)

There's something about Alfie's one that is really weird, I can't put my finger on it, but that was really special that all your loved ones went to see it
I think it's his eyebrows he has naturally low eyebrows but they're like right on top of his eyes it kind of makes him look like a money a bit with a massive forehead :(

Having a cheesy moment.. but I suffer from anxiety and I swear, if I met a guy who was half as understanding as Alfie and patient about the whole thing, I would be one lucky lady! Alfie, that it such a mature, loving approach to Zoe's anxiety. You star!

They were HIGHLY requested by multiple people who visit the Madame Tussauds wax museum to be made into wax figures. So take your negativity somewhere else! I've been through major depression and anxiety so I know how it feels but she is absolutely not failure!!
Just look at how far she has become. She is a successful You tuber, has a awesome personality and is loved by people all over the world.
She even has a WAX statue at Madame Tussaud!!!! That is a major achievement that only small amount of people ever get to have.
That is more than the average person!

I had my first anxiety attack in July 2015 when I was walking back to the car from the beach. It was horrifying 😞 my mom & I thought i had an asthma attack but when I went to the doctor she said I'm not asthmatic or anything. And then it happened again about 2 weeks ago when I was in an assembly at college. 😣🔫

My friend used to have horrible anxiety and had to go to a therapist everyday after school, it never helped, but one day I decided she shouldn't go through it alone. I told her whenever she had anxiety she should count to 3 say something good about herself out loud and do something she's good at in public and whenever she said something good about herself or did something good at out in public everyone would always cheer her on and clap.

i used to get anxiety in second grade from my art teacher. it really sucks. i would go home sick then would be fine once i was with my dad or my mom. but i'm in fifth grade now and i sometimes get anxiety only when i have to do something HUGE.
