Oh gosh… I believe it was golden brown by decopac? No, paper towel right away, I use crusting buttercream so by the time I do spots, it’s ready to pat down.. hope this helps! Sending you positive vibes!💕

I use crusting buttercream, you can find a link to the recipe in the description box, I use all high ratio shortening in mine . Hope this helps!
