Don't recommend making too many friends it can interrupt the zen aspect, I go for self preservation to make me stronger to contend. As always watching and pressing forward out here just like you. The dreams are traumatic experiences u bottled up. They are surfacing up for u to heal from them. Forgive urself n them. Then let it go. The more u do this the more u free urself. Ppl drink to not feel thier suffering. Suffering is how we grow aka evolve. We learn from our mistakes n others mistakes. Then we become better ppl. It is ok to cry. Crying is ur body releasing those feelings. Holding it in will only harm u. U have no idea how much ur honesty n hard work helps ppl. I check everyday to see how ur doing. U make me smile n I am genuinely happy to see u still thriving in spite of all the odds u have over come! Glad u will be in a room in the cold weather. That is a great man that did that for u. Ppl like that is wat humanity should strive to be. Hope u had a great day at work. Ask ur job for an extra shirt. When u shower just wash it then. U can even use the hand dry to dry it some. Hang it up on a coat hanger. Hopefully it will be dry by work. Keep up ur videos n be proud of urself! Ur doing things most cant....want. Ty again for ur videos!

From the first videos to this, great changes. Meeting people. Exercise is important. Having a small group of people around you is a good thing. Dreams can be disturbing. Your an inspiration mate. 10 years ago i was a full blow addict had nothing, lost it all but now im in my own place started a hobby metal detecting for old coins and relics over the years. Try stay warm with the cold coming mate. Sounds like your meeting the right people trying to help you. avoid that first drink man, that first drink always turns out bad, very bad, you stay off the alcohol and you are going to be living the good life in time and make dam sure when you are living the good life again never take that first drink and remember your true friends, true friends are the ones that stay by your side when you need them the most. a lot of recovering alcoholics make the mistake that when things start to get better for them we think it is ok to start drinking again because we are living good life again but that just starts the madness over again, this person that is helping you out and trusting you in his home is the kind of friends you want, drinking buddies are just drinking buddies that will never be around when you hit rock bottom. wishing you the best man and avoid that first drink, trust me I lived the madness. semper fi.

@jeffersonCarter9915 no my family has all passed my I have 3 kids and 3 grandchildren but my son's are 18 and 30 and they are both in the military and are in other states and my daughter isn't close by either so now im just completely alone
You should try to turn your car into a car camper by removing the passenger front seat and making a bed and invest your money cheaply into making it as comfortable and private as possible and just save your money for awhile rent free
I thought about that. 🤔 I would have to get some foam and more blankets stuff to fill where that seat is so it's as high as the back seat when it's laying down. I could lay on that. I been laying back in the drivers seat so if anything happens I can just turn the car on and drive away fast.
@ yeah that’s actually a smart idea I really have enjoyed listening to your story I feel for you and I know exactly where you are coming from I am an alcoholic myself and I struggle with alcohol I don’t drink on a daily basis my problem is I 2 and 3 day binge drink when I do drink and I get so sick from it that it takes me 3 plus days to recover due to the amount of alcohol I drink when I do drink it’s horrible and it has ruined a lot of things and relationships for me and I am going to try really hard to put it down for the month of January that’s my goal right now if you ever need anybody to talk to bro I’m here for you my name is Adam and I live in Utah
