I was the proud owner of Nano. I used this car for 4 years. We totally 5 members went to tirunelveli from Chennai within 13 hours journey without any issues also return journey. Many times I had over take so called big cars on the bye pass road. Good mileage.
If this model is released as electric car , it may get good comeback

என்னிடத்தில் இந்த கார் ஒன்று உள்ளது. ஆரம்பத்தில் வந்த சாதாரண non AC மாடல்தான். ஓட்டுவதற்கு மிக மிக அருமையான கார். நீண்ட தூர பயணங்களுக்கு மிக அருமையாக இருக்கிறது. ஓட்டுனர்கள் இந்த வண்டியை வெறுப்பதற்கு காரணம், வேகக் குறைவு ஒன்றுதான். சுமார் 80 கி. மீ. வேகம் வரை போதும் என்பவர்களுக்கு மிக அருமையான வண்டி. பெட்ரோல், லிட்டருக்கு சுமார் 23 கி. மீ பயணம் செய்யலாம்.

This car is just awesome i own one really pocket friendly for family. When compared it is cheaper than govt bus 🤣🤣🤣
Sales is affected due to high price, it was actually planned at 1 lakhs, however due to their problem with manufacturing plant to be shifted the price has reached 1.3 lakhs then customer reported heat issue with the engine and in some cases fire Broken, then again Tata did invest in finding the issue and rectifying it,
The air vent you have mentioned is made post this, so the development cost added and the price increased further

Not only for city drive. But also for long drive, if you won't cross 80 k.ms. speed. Won't give any problem at all in long drive. I used to go Coimbatore and Bangaluru from Chennai without any break except for petrol filling or for willing to have tea, coffee or food.
Saravan, the reason for nano hold was,.first reason political, second reasons indian people mentality, but Ratan sir have good intentions to create this nano
I was using this tata nano car.... For nano for 7 yrs my mileage was 24 kmpl with AC.... I used to take this all over Tamilnadu...... Awsome car......

Ratan Tata's vision is extraordinary and his main target is Majority population of Middle-Class.
But what he failed to understand is, as far as India is concerned, Car is a luxury thing and a status symbol.
Majority Middle class always lives a fake status life and they definitely don't want something like Cheap. Tata shouldn't have advertised it as "Cheapest Car". It is a big mistake.
But Nano is one the best city car.
In future, many electric cars with similar compact looks would come and people would buy it.

Tank size 25 litre. When you try to fill,it can hold above 28 because of pipe from front to center of vehicle that the tank fitted in center for safety.
With 4 passenger center of gravity is low. At the time you can't feel this body roll. It is a 180 mm ground clearance car.
It have impact beam and double frame metal pillar. For example it is better than swift in safety.
Wheel base is also similar to all hatch back.
Its my dream car.
AMT can go up to 110. When you reach engine will auto cutoff and return to 80. In manual you can go beyond 110. I had both MT and AMT. My manual nano 2012 model completed 1lakh kms. The 2017 AMT is going on morethan 40k
Will it cut off after 110 even in Manual mode in AMT, also can you pls tell me what's the mileage difference bw AMT and Manual. Am thinking of buying AMT so asking
@@Vigneshwar_Originals in manual it did not cutoff. AMT gets 15kmpl while I got 18 in manual. It depends on how good you manage the revs and the brakes. AMT is sluggish so no use hard pressing acceleration. Take foot off the acceleration well ahead when you want to stop. Now Nano is available only in second market. Go for manual.
The dream of Tata is to replace two wheelers with Nano from all middle classes. But the one thing they have not taken into concern was 'Parking space'...... Yes this was the main reason for the failure in sales...

The price of the car when bought new was not 2 lakhs. It’s around 2.9 to 3.2 lakhs.
The car is definitely fun to drive, and as a person who owned Nano for 5 years, it can definitely go 80kmph without any issues.
The engine sound is a sporty sound.
It’s definitely not as fearsome as he claims when it comes to turnings.

Full hydraulic replacement. Headlight / taillight. Music system. Remote lock athu ithu nu oru 3 maasam spend panni upgrade panni tan. So oru 2 lac na I'll sell.
