7:35 technique for jumps like that- if you shiftlock sideways at the top of the truss, you can trick physics into acting like you're on a normal part for a split second. shiftlock sideways, then quickly do the long jump technique to jump off the truss.

Under very very very very very very very very very hard one you can actually get through the wraparound very easy you turn on shift lock then you go to first person face yourself into the wall then rotate your body 100° and you will glitch on the other side of the wall I tried this before
