Came to this video after the latest “Fire Ring” gasket video. 4-years back & you were still good with the video content man. No doubt on your yearly progression though! Thanks again from Washington State 👍🏼

👍💪 Dang, I just got 6.7 Mahle gasket set instead of IB kit from PDD. Also Xotic studs. Doh!! Only running stock turbo and boost still but Gasket is blown.

Stock head bolts are made to stretch the stock head gasket is made to expand. Head studs will not give and just bust the block

I just bought a mahle head gasket and studs for my 12v. Is this a decent gasket, I’ve heard it is and bought it from power driven diesel. Right now I have 5x12s, afc live, with a 215 pump, and a 362sxe turbo at 50lbs and my stock bolts and gasket has lasted 265k miles. I’m hoping that this gasket and studs will handle a small towing compound at 55-65lbs.

I'm running a cheeta turbo on my 2006. Getting ready to put in ddp 50 hp injectors with efi live. Should I consider replacing my stock head bolts for studs? Cheeta Shouldn't boost over 40 psi. Thanks
