Tamarind, Watermelon, and Grapes! This was my 48-hour fruit detox before traveling to another continent. 🌍 I focused mainly on mono fruit fasting, where I ate each fruit by itself and made fresh juice from them. Mono fruit fasting is when you eat only one type of fruit, for a set period of time. It allows your body to fully absorb the nutrients from one fruit at a time, further reducing digestive strain and maximizing detox benefits. Tamarind flushes out toxins and supports liver health, watermelon hydrates and cleanses the kidneys, and grapes are packed with antioxidants like resveratrol for deep detoxification. 🍉🍇 Here’s a breakdown of what I consumed over the 48 hours: 1 medium watermelon: ate half and juiced the other half for 32oz of juice. 2 pounds of tamarind: ate 1 pound and juiced 1 pound for 40oz of tamarind juice. 3 pounds of grapes (Delaware, Niagara, and Concord varieties): ate 2 pounds and juiced 1 pound for over 12oz of grape juice. Honestly, I could’ve easily stretched this out to 72 hours if I wanted to! 💪🏽✨ Juicer is the Kuvings Auto 10 from @kuvingsusa: shrsl.com/41nx8
Excellent work. Well stated. Lots of wisdom. Wonderful editing and documentation. All resonates as a traveler and dominant fruit based live food eater. On a grape detox now. Added in apple and ginger and lime for a juice on my 4th day because we had other fruits around. Wish I could find a grape variety like this. Woooooooo. Bigups. Safe potent travels. Keep inspiring and exploring brother.

Wholefoods
Do you keep your Tamarind in the refrigerator? I just noticed on one of my boxes that said to keep refrigerated.
Try on a juice processor just celery don’t add nothing, no water, just celery🎉
Celery isn't a good option for me.
