So much light. Isn't it obligatory in Germany now to turn off all the light ads and signage after 10 PM? Probably, this was filmed earlier when the light ads are allowed, but still too much light. These digital billboards also difigure Berlin. Berlin and Germany as a whole should get rid of those LED digital billboards just as France is going to do.
A good city now is a night friendly city. An overlit city with a lot of light ads allowed to be burnt all night long is a third world city. Hopefully, Berlin will do even better.
