We feel it on a cellular level. We move without conscious effort. We sing along without realizing we are doing it. In music we are all one people. We are at peace. We love one another.
I love that they aren’t completely destroying this song by making it into some weird tech remix to impress today’s youth. This version’s got respect for its original fans; a less frenetic beat, a more nostalgic tone, but just as uplifting as it was for us 30 years ago! 🥰
Saw a recent video of him singing live in his back garden and he was amazing he still has that fantastic voice he is one of the best singers that get better as he gets older bloody love him xxxx
It never ceases to amaze me how flexible Andy and Vince are. It takes a lot of talent and why not, humbleness, to re build their songs from their electronic core to make them sound like real southern tunes to please their audience. I know that deep down Andy also made some concessions given the venue they were playing at but that's what makes them music royalty. The fact that they think of their audience and how to engage with them best rather than thinking that whatever they do they must be worshipped. Another great show Andy and Vince. Hats off to them.
