So, like, a lot of other polls just ask you for your #1 favorite, and if asked for only one, a lot of people will go for someone other than Sakura or Ryoma, because even though most people like/love them, they like another character even more. BUT with a 10-point scale, how much people love them in general (and not just as their top fave) is taken into account...so they end up way higher than in other polls.
