Hate headaches they really don’t feel good. Yes have to get 8hrs of sleep for real it will tell on our body when we don’t. Those rides in the doctor office so convenient they should have that at all major hospitals. 😅it sucks when your looking forward to eat something nice and it turn out not to your liking 😅but at least the children enjoyed it.
