I also went to pelvic floor therapy and did dry needling. They definitely stick the need in and gently move it so it gets to the trigger points. Its an odd feeling, but always feels sooo much better after.

Be careful with the dry needling, I did it for 6 months with a wrist injury, and now I have a huge chunky scare tissue in the areas they’ve done it and it’s worse now! It was great when it was happening but sucks now.

Watching you organize and really just voice that babies don’t need a lot of clothes inspired me to not get a lot of stuff for my second and third children. Everybody around me just buy buy buy . Everything they see and like they buy and they end up with so much clothes or just things that their newborns don’t use. I stopped that and my kids have used every single piece of clothing multiple times and I haven’t felt like I wasted anything. At first It definitely feels like I’m missing things but honestly it’s very refreshing. And less clutter.

Try magnesium and a small amount of melatonin!! It helped me sleep through pregnancy

what a blessing it must be to not have reflux babies. we use 3 burp cloths in like half a day… this is my second baby & both spit up a ton. 🤷🏼♀️😢

Have you researched any Osteopathic physicians in your area? I’m currently in medical school at an osteopathic school and we perform Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) to help relieve pain/discomfort in different regions of the body with our hands by placing patients in certain positions similar to a chiropractor. Something to look into! Super safe and a holistic approach to medicine which not many people are familiar with - so I wanted to share 😃
