For your phone auto editing your pictures, if you go to your iPhone settings > photos > find where it says “view full HDR” and turn that off! That should stop the auto adjustment to your pictures! Hopefully that works 🫶🏼
Also for videos, if you go to settings > camera > record video - scroll down and turn off the HDR video option!

Aspyn!! For the auto edit turn on burst mode and hold the side button to take burst photos!! It’s the only way it doesn’t auto edit, it sucks because you can’t take Live Photos that way, but for the cute photos it works

Tip for the hair wax is use the SMALLEST amount then comb down the fly always. It’s so easy to do too much.

I recently had my lips dissolved after 3 rounds of lip filler over 3 years. It was soo painless and I had very little bruising. I will definitely go back and get it done again but am waiting 3 months.

I also didn’t get a lot of steps when I only used my phone to track steps, but I recently got an Apple Watch (I know, not cute 😂) but now I regularly get around 8K steps a day when I only go on a 10 minute walk twice a day. All the inbetween steps really matter!

For the iphone pics go to your camera settings and its called ProRaw or something. Also right before you take the picture there is an option in the corner that says Raw make sure it doesn’t have a slash through it.. i think that fixed the auto edit for me!
In Europe we tend to use cars less and walk to our destinations or before we get coffee with a friend we will walk around for a bit. You don't necessarily have to have it as a goal, but walking instead of driving and maybe just going for a short walk once a day for 15 mins adds up to your overall daily steps.
I think it’s a lot easier to get 10k steps if you live in a city. I live in NYC so I hit the 10k bc I walk everywhere vs drive.

I have a desk job and walk during both my 15 min breaks as well as going to the furthest bathroom from me lol i typically hit 5,000 steps at work and then take a small afternoon walk to hit the other 5,000 . Makes it lot easier to hit lol
I would suggest combing or brushing the wax into your hair. I have curly hair and use a boar bristle brush with pomade to slick it back
Did you microwave the tortillas? Or did you actually cook them on the stove?
Also, if you turn live mode on iPhone, when you go into the photo to select which one you like, the auto edit is removed from every other photo.

I walk everyday on lunch that’s one of my routines, and at night I put a meditation on the tv to fall asleep to with the tv on a sleep timer. That’s one thing I’ve tried incorporating everyday
Between being a mom of 2 under 5/ solo parent/ work with pre k for a living I easily get 10 k to 13 k . We go outside 2x a day for an hour each so that helps.
I like the lips, I think that was a good decision. 🎉

10:25 if you take the photos as a burst it wont do the auto edit thing and also your gallery becomes less messy cause you can just pick the photos you want at the end
If your not constantly carrying your phone then your steps from the health app are not correct. Wearing a smart watch will give you a better idea of you actual step count ❤

I’ve never gotten my iPhone camera to take good pictures!! Maybe there’s some settings I’m missing or something but they’re always so blurry and won’t focus and bright in weird places

Hi aspyn! You can fold the extra tortilla around the taco so you don’t have to cut it off
When I worked as a server and I would work doubles (10-12 hours) I would get anywhere from 16,000-22,000 steps in, it was crazy! But even working jobs that aren’t serving but involve walking I would get 8,000-10,000. Other than that I don’t get how people get that many on the daily😂 just like you said “where are they going??” 😂😂

If you have the Live Photo on on your pictures you can go in and edit to select a different frame and it takes that weird brightness off
If you turn the Live Photo option off it stops that auto editing thing. I hate how it does that too.

His Aspyn! I am so glad you got your filler dissolved, its scary putting anything that doesn't belong in your body in there. I have to get a couple screws in my wrist, although thats different I'm still stressing about it and putting it off. To add to your steps on slow days make a few trips around your island when doing anything in the kitchen and hit the stairs a few times if you want a poppin booty! We moved to an upstairs apartment and my 35 year old daughter went from literally no booty to freaking Kim k! Not even joking! I mean she doesn't have exaggerated hips like kim but you could balance a glass on her backside! ❤ from Oregon
