He did in fact give shelter to Charles, a homeless black man, in his piece of the Packard. Fernando Palazuelo purchased the Packard Plant, but not all of it. Some of it is still un-owned.
Thanks for the NEW info about Allen. At least that part of the old Packard Plant is being used for something.
A series about the manufacturing industry in Michigan. Detroit,Flint,Saginaw
Thank you so much for coming to Michigan lysm❤️ your videos are amazing

This is by far one of my favorite videos of yours. I live in the area and pass a lot of this stuff so it’s cool to see you explore it all. I’d love to see you explore some more of Detroit one day
That last building is the Packard plant where they were producing the cars way back, the cards were at another plant down the street. We use to skip school back around 2010 an explore that place while it was still exploreable! That bridge in background going over the road gas fell now an they have been tearing it down slowly Definitely my favorite abandon building I've been in. Glad to have pics an few vids in it
That was one of the coolest schools I've ever seen. I can't believe they just left it like that.
"It would of felt really really warm in here"
Said while in a burnt down theatre
This is where I grew up I still live in the metro area and I keep telling other explorers to come to Detroit there is so many abandoned building it's sad
How come you didn't go into the mansion near to the radio station?
5:35 L I B A R Y, josh NOOO
why?
@@k444ngbecause L I B A R Y is wrong. It's pronounced Lie-brary. There's another R in Library.
Sucks that the auditorium got burned down but still a dope shot nonetheless
Eminem's music isn't what it used to be. He's changed a lot. Eminem is a talented artist though, no doubt.
He's still the goat.
@Zain Abdulla what's the difference?
Have you heard kill shot it's kind of like his old stuff
he, like many artists, evolved. Nothing wrong with that. I love all of his music.
He hasnt been good since encore. hes washed up and aging trying everything to get attention again.
That moment when you’re in Detroit 😂
im from Detroit and the big automotive companies are working with the city to rebuild and make it a power house again also its not that bad Chicago is definitely worse
@Jacob Mayle ew..
Jacob Mayle Stfu already
@Jacob Mayle who are you talking to?
@Jacob Mayle .. seriously shut up bitch boy
Detroit itself is beautiful and filled with a lot of historical buildings. I wish I had explored it more before I moved. Michigan will always be my second home. 💙💛
Josh, I just love your abandoned videos, especially this one! Keep up the awesome work!
Im only watching becauses it had eminems name + i live in detroit mi

Irmas Edits Im from Ann Arbor myself. Have been to Detroit a million times since its not far away at all. Plus i always use to Detroit air port too. I love Ann Arbor though!! I had a great childhood there growing up too. 👍🏼 M-GO-Blue!! 🏈💙💛
the packard plant is the big one at the end, and they're renovating it
My hometown!!!
This city, Michigan alone, has so much abandoned places.
#MissChristineChronicles
I am from michigan and i really enjoyed your video. Its sad how many places are abandoned. I hope you go back to show us more from our city
It’s so cool seeing you explore near where I’m from. I was born and raised til about 16 five minutes away from Detroit. Michigan has a lot of cool abandon places. Hope to see more!!
Undoubtedly, THE BEST AND THE MOST LEGIT URBAN EXPLORER EVER! Respect mate! Love your vlogs.

Eminem does a lot for Detroit, he’s always donating money and having proceeds go to charities out there. I see why now. I don’t think there is enough money to fix Detroit though. Sad but true. This was super cool though, thanks for sharing.
Chelsee Lynn needs an industrial revival to fix it
So does Jack White, and Kid Rock
Ugh your so close to my town and it’s making me so jealous, I’ve always wanted to explore the Illinois area and it’s cool getting to see some abandoned places near me
I live right across the river from Detroit and have some relatives leaving there. I‘ve always wanted to go to some abandon places there, so seeing it from your perspective was really fascinating. It was very brave of you guys to explore, I know I wouldn’t be able to.
Hell this is awesome be careful whenever you go to these places I’m so proud of you for you getting out there I wanna explore like you. This is seriously cool! You’re videos are the best. 💜
Yooo Detroit isn’t that far from where I live in Michigan
Jacob Mayle if you reread what I say it’s correct the way it’s typed out I said from where I live in Michigan I could’ve said it the way you’re saying it but both ways are correct soooooo who’s the dummy now?
Also let’s all agree Josh is king of abandoned ❤️
I live in Detroit so it’s sucks to see how bad everything was from awhile ago the school was so bad it was so cool when it was still running you should check out Phoenix academy it got burned down in 2019 and two firefighters were injured it’s near Evans and Pershing street
Fairhaven, Mass has a very very old school donated by a rich member of the community, and it, too, has a round gym, with the suspended track. Very cool and old inside, but it's still used as a high school. Its gorgeous inside and out. Lots of people go there to take outdoor wedding pictures.
I would love to see the old Packard Plant...i think its going to be leveled and developed soon
Redeveloped yes.
Aye WELCOME TO MICHIGAN!!!!! Can't believe you came to my state!!! I wish you could have got the abandoned Pontiac silverdome (it was epic) but it got demoed :( P.S I know you do abandon but you should really see the "good " Detroit while your here cause I promise there is some good!
yes we Michiganders
Im from Ann Arbor myself!! And i love it. I had the best childhood ever growing up there. And of course i love all my sports teams!!! M-Go-blue!! 🏈💙💛👍🏼☺️
rebfish1998 i love ur profile pic soo much!! Love seeing my wolverine fans like me! 🏈💛💙
Agreed! Gotta show the good with the bad. :)
6:58 ..I wish that my face was on this wall 😂😂😂😂. .
shri how do we know your face?
it’s nice seeing someone explore a place so close, feel like no one ever comes to michigan. i’m about 40 mins from detroit
I can’t believe you went to Detroit!!! I’m from Grand Rapids Michigan but just moved to Lansing. I want to explore abandoned places in Michigan so bad, but Detroit can be sketchy. I wish I could meet up with y’all & explorer some places with you!!!
Did you miss out on Chicago?? Lots of gems in Chicago
Was going to say that the School design and architecture mirrors Chicago public Schools. My grammar and high school in Chicago have very similar designs inside and out.
Come to pontiac next! You should explore the abandoned summit place mall before it gets torn down!!
I live in Detroit it's not that bad. 😂💖
If you have to lock your door its bad.
@@I_cant_sneed u sound stupid.
Yet you completely fail to spell "you"
@@I_cant_sneed Didn't think this was english class. A lot of people lock their doors and if YOU don't then that's your problem. It has nothing to do with the area YOU stay in dumbass
Everyone who lives there says that but really, it's bad...
that is only a small portion of detroit, go into the city and experience how beautiful and awesome detroit really is. i feel like so many people have the wrong idea of detroit.. yes there are areas that are not safe and run down building in some as well but that only makes up a small portion of detroit, and they are working so hard to bring back these areas as well. the progress detroit is making is insane. #comebackcity
Really cool that you covered the Packard Plant. Hope if you return, you cover the place in its entirety. Packard: “Just ask the man who owns one”.
I was expecting Detroit Become Human
That game is trash
S a m e
I think the potential for Detroit is huge like the developers were saying about it if some in the right way we could see Detroit becoming like it is in the game
Matthew everyone has different opinions so-
Bro, I've been watching you since the beginning, but you're driving me nuts with the word ''library''. There's R's in it, it's not li-berry,
Li-br-ary.
Detroit is ok I lived here for 12 years and as long as you keep your distance your ok!
How? When someone is about 100m we gotta keep it that distance?...pardon me...just curious about how bad it is
You're ***
If you ever get to Michigan again, Flint has whole abandoned sections of the city.
Ronni Brasher he should come here lol soo much to explore
