I’m from Italy and I totally relate to what Tina is talking about. I had the same experience gaining weight few months after moving here. I’m glad I met Tina and had the privilege to be trained from her. I’m more confident in the gym now and able to workout by myself after years of unsuccessful workouts and gym memberships. I finally found my path, thanks to Tina, Danny and all the amazing Team!
Thank you so much, Valentina. I am really happy we met. Keep working hard! You are doing great 💪
Keep up the great work, Valentina!
Even though I get to see Tina often I haven’t gotten to hear her story yet in this way! Really loved getting the chance to listen to this. Also amazing how these habits are easier to incorporate into your lifestyle when you grow up with that influence in your life! Some good for thought for my own parenting 🤔 lots of good insights all around. Tina you are amazing! 💪 thank you for sharing!
Tina, thank you for sharing your insight and valuable experiences. I sincerely appreciate your contributions.
Tina, your story is inspiring. Thank you for coming on. We can’t wait to have you back. My wife and I are committing to start gardening in some small way this summer because of you. You can hold me to it! Thanks again 🙏🏻💪🏻
Thank you for having me. I am glad to be an inspiration. If you need any gardening tips, I am here to help. 😊
What a great episode. Such inspiring story to hear and this guest has such amazingly bubly spirit, she really radiate good wibes and energy. It is really amazing how food affects the whole body and soul. Even tho there is so much information and knowledge about nutricion today, many people don´t live a healthy lifestyle. So amazang to hear from someone who lived in a time and place where good quality food was the only option, and then experiencing what fast food kan do for ones body. Grat job realising the problem and switch to much better options. Great guest. It felt like she has so much more interesting things to say.
Thank you, Denis, for great feedback 😊
Thanks Denis! Tina will be back on the podcast in the next week or so, so you will get to hear more of the interesting things she has to say!
