OH and a tip about annie stun. If you throw out your stun q and the enemy uses something like Fizz E and the q doesn't land, it doesn't consume your stun stack c:

Easy counter-pick into Zyra. If she tries to poke with her plant, your e will reflect damage back to the plant and your q will kill it off, refunding mana and granting a stack.

i've been an annie otp for around a year and a half and have always been playing her mid
i used to play alot of support when i started playing league but havent played support since i started maining annie
i saw the annie buffs and thought of playing her support and now i have a 70%wr on her in support!

Is it normal that this build does really low damage or am I just a terrible Annie? I'm only silver elo, do you think it's valid to play Annie support with more damage oriented items or would other mages be better suited?

It depends on what you're comparing it to. This build will be doing significantly more than a traditional enchanter but will be doing less than a mage. I think in silver its fine to go mage annie support, but you'll probably be better off playing something like zyra or lux.
