Hi, I'm a fellow Karma main, and I noticed you said her mantra W heals "a second time when you root them," but it actually is not dependent on the root. I bring this up, because despite knowing that an "unbroken tether" will typically result in a root, if the enemy you are tethered to dies before the root can come out, you still receive the heal. All I really wanted to comment on, was a fun watch. Thanks for your time :)
Masters karma top here, one thing that I saw you didn’t mention was that her first proc of mantra w also heals, not just the second proc. It allows you to bait people very hard into tower diving you or feeling too comfortable in lane, thinking you can’t all in them. If u run in with your shield and instantly mantra w, the shield provides a buffer from any incoming dmg, which is especially good against people who take ignite because it allows your heal to be more effective, as the ignite is ticking away your shield and not your health. People tend to be baited into the idea that you’re on the verge of death, when I’m fact you’re 2 button presses away from being back up to nearly 50 to 60% health depending on runes/items
The tip about waiting for W snare to RQ can be improved. As in - when you are sure that W will root, press R right before it does, that way it will take off another 5 seconds from your R than it normally would :) Also there is a point in game (roughly around 2nd item where as long as you can hit Q on 2+ people in team fight, you will have RW every time it's up. :)
These guides are so helpful! After watching your champion pool video, I've really been enjoying Janna, Leona, and Karma. I'd love to see a Leona video like this too. Keep it up :D

Not sure if you're aware of this for karma, but your ult cd starts when you press r so its actually better in a lot of situations (there were some clips in the game you coulda done this too) to press r as soon as you know you're going to be ulting soon just to shave 2-3 seconds off ult cd. its not ideal to do this always but it can be super useful in teamfights or once you have cdr stacked up.

thats awesome to hear! I actually do not play rakan that much so I will not be doing another commentary/guide for him. I only make videos on champions that I am very comfortable on, that way I can show the best way to play them!
Ingenious hunter also give better moonstone heals (from every 2 sek a heal to every sek healing) if you go that item instead of shurelias. Also shieldbash could be an option to give better Autoattack trades with the shield on yourself. Btw what do you think about the first strike rune page with buying all the hextech alternator items for full lane bully and having DMg also in the late game
I've heard about that build and it seems pretty good into matchups that are super Karma favored. I think it can be really good, but probably not as consistent as going the traditional support build.
Could you fathom a guess as to why Karma was popping off with night harvester last patch (12.17)? I've been running it myself and found a fair bit of success, but I'm only in plat 4
Night harvester became really popular with the combination of running first strike. It's a very sink or swim build in that you have to pop off in lane for it to be useful.
All the other enchanters have hard cc and some kind of healing. While karma does have her root from W, most of her kit revolves around damage and shields. Towards the late game, her damage falls off and she isnt tanky enough to be very deep in team fights because shes on a support build.
