Something we do at goodwills is throw everything in a cart that we "think" might be worth something so nobody else snatches it (it's competitive here) then put things back that don't comp right. It saves us a bunch of time and loss of deals...kinda like what you did with the rackets, just with everything.
i should do that too - but i usually find myself going through the thrift first and not getting one... i really dont know why lol thanks so much for watching!
As soon as I saw the CFA hat, I said “that’s $50”. I think those are the ones crew members where when they are taking orders outside. You should show up to one and try to take orders
Whats even funnier about that sold comp of the 2 pinehurst hats together is thats commonwealth pickers sold comp. He had those hats in his video couple days ago
Keep an eye out for chick fil a neck ties as well. I found 2 earlier this year...sold one for around $50 and the other for $30 and it was damaged a little. Some comps are low but some are rare. I went high on my price and got my asking price for both. Sell thru rate is good. If you find the cow santa one it goes for over $100. Some ties are given to managers only it looks like.
@@beardedthriftmachine I love your videos, thanks for the valuable information. I know I always glance thru the ties to look for anything unusual or unique. Ties are 99 cents or sometimes 1.99 and I do really well with ties....I. profit margins but I am picky and price high. I cross post to Poshmark and sell quite a few there as well.
@@jenniferweddle1918 I'll definitely be looking for the chick fil a ties. I usually don't do too well with them but really haven't bought too many of them to sell.
I sold Diadora shoes earlier this year for 75.00. I just began reselling in June of this year and I had never heard of them but they were in perfect condition.
I have one of those shiatsu mats. And I’ve seen a couple at our local thrift stores. They hurt to lay on them initially but I get used to it after a few minutes. It’s tough to get off of them though. I do feel better after but I look like I was laying on a bed of nails. Interesting pattern. Lol! 😆 nice Bolo! Thanks for sharing.
I like finding expensive shoe brands that the average person doesn’t know so the good will staff doesn’t price it super high. Thanks for adding another
Thanks for sharing the video the shoes you purchased looked brand new great finds today hopefully everything will sell quick for you Happy Holidays to you , Kayla and Biko take care God bless 🙏🙏 see you all in the next video
For some reason my goodwill has decided to price all their hats at 3.99 and higher i asked someone the other day why they doubled from 1.99 and they said corporate mandate..I said do you see how many hats you have stockpiled and asked mgr could I buy them for 1.99 each and he said no ill get in trouble. I said the other goodwill 3 miles away still selling them at 1.99$ he said well they gonna get in trouble...🤣 🤣 🤣 just wanted to share. Great video as always great haul..so their hats 3.99 and up but new in box Saitek x52 pro i believe flight simulator controllers sticker manual and install disk 9.99$ have it up on ebay for 105$ I say let em keep their hats...🤣 🤣 🤣
HA! good luck on the Pinehurst hat - hope it moves for you in a lot of 2 as I've been trying to sell the navy blue one for 2 years :-) Have a great holiday!
Surprising find with the Chick-fil-A hat. I love the Goodwill videos. The videos come out just at the right time in my opinion, right when I sit done to eat.haha. I added a few names to my BOLO list today inKor and Duncan Hines stainless saucepans , also scored my first salad master saucepan today, I paid between 4.99 and 6.99 at Goodwill here in FL . I always wonder are these prices consistent with your area? Keep the great videos coming , I learn something new everyday
I havent heard of those so they will def also go in my brain =) thats about right for a pan some are as low as 4.99 and some as high as 8.99. Salad master are awesome a great find! =) thank you and thanks so much for watching!
In my experience, InKor and DH are not worth it. But I have made mad $$$ on Salad Master anything. Recently got a set of 13 pots pans and lids (filled a Uhaul 12 cube box full) for $32 and sold them 10 days later for $415 plus shipping. Had like 3 hours in them. Also love Revere ware steamers/strainers and double boilers. Get them cheap. $2 And sell them at $15-20. Easy to ship. Wrap them one time in scrap cardboard. Under 16 oz and won't break in shipping. You have to know the accessory items from a brand. I would have been all over the chik-fil--a hat. Good find. Would have priced it at $50 plus shipping too. Wait for the right person. Easy cheap shipping.
@@juliewow4504 I do well with Revere ware particularly stock pots(the bigger the better) or anything pre 1968. I got this drill attachment with 7 or 8 scouring pads for about 10 bucks from eBay. it works great with bar keepers friend . now I won't pass up even the blackest burnt Revere ware. I agree the inKor or Duncan Hines are not GREAT but if I see them with the lids for a few bucks I'm not going to leave them. Don't see much salad Master stuff where I am.... Tons of farberware for some reason, haven't bought any . I always see these really thick round glass lids for $1 or less, sometimes 25¢ , I think they are for crock pots but they never have any markings, just something new I was thinking about trying to get into
@@michael2943 Revereware got me started in cookware, but I have evolved. The double circle is still a key. But I am careful. A big pot makes my wallet open but for every day I am going for the easy sale. Double boiler and steamer. Most pickers overlook them. I quit cleaning items up. Not worth the time
Thanks so much for watching!!!
Thrifting days are the best days. 😁 Great Video and information!
Thanks babe!!! =)

Same here. Me and my wife does the same thing. You have to get it before someone else does!!!
