    Tried this today due the first time. I found the instructor easy to follow. She spoke clearly. Slow enough to listen and understand, and she explained unfamiliar terms and poses. Thank you!

    Hello Susannah, I echo some of the others who have commented. I am so happy to have found your program on Facebook. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis several years ago. I appreciate your workouts that include balance, foot mobility and yoga for strong bones! Yay! Thank you!!

    Excellent practice. Thank you Susannah. Funny thing is I loved the last little sequence with arms overhead then a twist. I backed up the video to do it a few more times.
