I bought one of your pcs, its great! About the therizino... the beak attack gets only hide. Not as much as the chainsaw, but if you just want hide, try it.
The leed is honestly an awesome dinosaur and i wish it could be tamed, i always thought of it being the giga of the ocean but if one day it is tameable it would be reasonable to get rid of the prime fish harvest function when it is tamed.
Honestly they kinda destroyed a very important part of the game when they added the leed. For single players or small tribes of 2-3 people a raft base was one of the best options for them to have. I loved seeing the creativity of the raft builders.
@@VisariDaBst that's ridiculous!!! I stopped playing when they destroyed rafts. I lived exclusively on a raft house on a decent pop server. It was the only way to stay safe from being raided.
@@dimetime35c Yeah they lowered it down to 2 dino gates and then when I hopped on the other day to make a trap boat it wouldn't allow any. I used to have a whole fleet of ships back in the day. They killed that though

Fleet's Sickness for the Leedsichthys, MagmaSoar for the Maewing... BTW: if you want to farm hide only with a Theri, use the bite attack (c-button) ;-)
If you use the theri bite, you'll harvest only hide & I believe at least twice as much if you don't wanna bother with the pelt & meat. With tek dinos, it'll also only harvest scrap metal. Not sure how it stacks against a good chainsaw though
In terms of properly lining things up on a moving mount, I think the command “playersonly” might come in handy. I’ll have to test it out, but in theory, since the description says it “stops all creature movement in the game” that might include the idle movement of the Desert Titan. Just activate the command, place that super frustrating piece, and deactivate it.
A fact very few people seem to know about is that player mele stat also increases how much stuff you get from ovises when you use chainsaw, do with this information what you want just know that I did lag servers while testing that tho I usually stacked a few ovises on top of each other and slotcapped myself in the process roughly halfway and didn't realize untill all corpses disappeared.
as said in the original skycastle-episode: i think adding some more small buildings to the inside mainly for aesthetics would be great. like the small blacksmith you did in the fjordur-series. maybe a small shed for small creatures even
11:21 i have actualy made a element farm like this recently, 9 vivarium full of Mana... i almost get element dust faster than i can craft it, and it dosent lag like the tek para egg drop farm i used to mass produss. verry nice S+ item
@@sarahmarsch9520 managarmr are what seem to give the moste, unles you get many element gacha, Gacha in vivarium stil give ther resource, and my one element gacha give about 900 managarmr but i did not tewst it in vivarum if it change annything and they are so hard to get... ferox have a higer chance to give element, but in smaler quantity, overal the managarmr is probably the best for the vivarum strat, And i recomend this more than the vanila element farm where you would do a tek para breding chamber that are way less effichiant since they create so much lag that befor you can be as productive as the vivarum, half the egg will start falling throw the map... and often grow up in a structur and break the hole automatization of it... hope that help.

pro-tip for the viewing area: if you open the sides and place s+ glass walls there, you have a crystal clear view. it fully removes the visual impact of being in water but you are still fully protected inside. also, a fair warning about those ovis. on a well populated server with lots of stuff going on, harvesting multiple max health ovis the same time with a creature can crash the server.
This is so worth seeing, that Ovis you leveled up by giving the cheating way through admin and the amount of fur, hide and mutton you got was so much, it is good to know how much a max leveled breed Ovis with max health, that was so much fur, hide and mutton that you won't run out of those 3 things any time soon. Yoy have a great day man.
This might be too chesty but I imagine you could do cheat slomo 0.1 to make building things on the desert titan (somewhat) easier because the rocking would be a lot slower

I know I'm so late watching this video in the series but I just had to point out that during the Ovis stuff, I just COULD NOT stop watching the Equus in the background just continuously ramming itself into the shield....no one else....just me...ok cool lol.😅
Forever ago I made an auto mutton farm. I had a neutral predator in a pen under some sheep left on breeding on a scaffold. Lambs were spitting out in an arch so I had to make the walls high enough or they'd be thrown out of the pen. The lambs would starve and the predator would harvest them. The better the sheep health stat the longer it would take for the lambs to starve and the predator would harvest more resources. From time to time I'd unload the harvester. Modded server of course.
The soul terminal from the dino storage mod will produce eggs if u turn on the auto features. Only problem is the aggregator won't pick them up from there.
@@Syntac and with dino storage and those ammount of maewings, you have sereral stack of each egg overnight. ps: nevermind you have this disabled apparently.
If someone is interested: to quivkly level up sheeps you can just sit on them and kill baby giga/rex/ but you actually don't have to use sheep attacks - s+ pistol can instakill tamed creatures (only if they don't have infinitestats because that leave them at 1hp) and all exp go to sheep (because this gun isn't weapon for ark, if it was then you couldn't perform your dino attacks while using it)
Is it possible to intersect the top of two windmills for some symmetry with where the bases have to stick out? You could either angle it inward and hide them or face them outward for some kinda external aesthetic. Not sure how realistic that is though.
Put a gacha farm base on the back of a desert Titan with Z or Y plants and some of your super sheep for the owils. You then have resources on demand everywhere on the map.
I think you should name the maywing K&M for ketchup and mustard, also amazing video those ovis have been slaughtered for the great power of the Irish overlord!!

Leed cages are a cannon thing, in the explorer notes Helena mentions that many ocean tribes would make giant cages and keep a couple of leeds fir meat

Rafts have only gotten worse. You can't even put a dino gate on them anymore.

Apparently best way to harvest hide with theri is to lvl up delicate harvesting and use C attack which is the bite.
I use a theri to kill the babies when I'm breeding creatures, and then use the C attack to harvest them. It gives so much hide its awesome

There's a small mod on the workshop with a placeable that freezes Dinos to allow building 😁
Delicate will give more material with the C attack, which on most animals is hide, but on sheep it might give you pelt.
Ark should add a hotdog skin for maewings with ketchup and mustard bottles/pair of ribs for the wings😂

The problem with greenhouse glass is it has the durability of thatch, so if you ever get hit by any creatures, it's likely going to break.
