Not really. You just need to draw what you see even if the drawing looks strange.
@@Hellsing7747 Not that simple. You still have a mental image of a regular fox that subconsciously makes you draw it. Note that the drawing in the video also features a suspiciously handsome Tibetan Fox, that isn't exactly a perfect likeness of any of the foxes shown in the video.

Totally. The Tibetan fox gives me flashbacks to those old wolf/anthro portraits that aged really poorly in your highschool sketchbook.

Their faces look like those of the sly cartoon foxes I saw throughout my childhood. Honestly, it's a pretty cool design, and perfect for their environment.

The weird features must be an adaptation to more than just the cold, because they only have to tolerate lows around -20°C, whereas the cute, fluffy arctic fox can tolerate lows down to -50°C.

Awee... poor foxie getting dunked on. But yeah, must be difficult to draw accurately since it's so distinct from the other foxes that it's probably hard knowing if you're drawing it right or wrong.
Thank you for making a video about the _Tibetan fox._ I've wanted for years for more people to cover it. You absolutely need to do the _Himalayan brown bear_ and the _Tibetan blue bear._
These two bears also look very unique and like they're artistic renditions. The former inhabits Kashmir and parts of Central Asia including East Turkestan, and the latter inhabits the Tibetan plateau.
Then there's also the _Corsac fox_ which spans all of the Eurasian steppes and surrounding areas. These four animals really go well together as a topic.
Oh! Looking them up, the bears look like animatronics & the Corsac fox looks just like another character in the Tibetan fox stop motion movie lol!

I personally also find the snow lepord and pallas cat really weird looking. They have a similar expression to the fox and really weird shaped heads. Thanks for the list of other cool animals to look at 😊

Tibetan foxes and Manuls (Pallas cats) are the MEMEest of animals and I love them for that :D
They may look cartoonish but its such a relief that their population isnt in danger. As for poor pica (I probably misspelled it) they are so adorable!! I love this channel and learning about new animals that I've never heard of.

I always thought the folklore stories with these fox's drawn in them were absyract. Then...i saw the real thing move. I'm unnerved, impressed, and gushing at the same time.
The way it walks almost convinced me it was a still image that was animated. What a surreal-looking creature!
They're like what an arctic fox would be if they lived up in the mountains. The montane region they live in is also similar to the tundra, except the Arctic would have lemmings instead of the pika.

They look like the canid equivalent of a manul/ Pallas cat, which I guess makes sense since I’m pretty sure they both live in cold mountains in Asia

A few more things about the Tibetian Fox that makes them look cartoonishly bizarre are the eyes set far apart from each other as well as the eyes sitting pretty high up on the skull, and the muzzle is pretty big relative to the size of the body.
This fox says "@#$%!" clearly.
“They may not be cute, or very smart, or great hunters. But they have managed to survive.” I can relate, buddy.

This fox can actual vocalise like humans do but its an incredibly rare encounter than not many people have the privlige of witnessing. As a tibetan Fox i can confirm this to be true.
