I know realtors can't comment on areas, but I was browsing the housing market in Apopka, and I asked the Ryan Homes salesperson about the landfill across the street from the Parkview Preserve community (1st home). She said it wasn't an issue, but when I visited the community recently, there was a NOTICEABLE odor/bad smell in the air and TONS of crows. It is a shame because the homes look BEAUTIFUL! But, buyer be forewarned.
Great I wish I saw more comments like this. It avoids potential home buyers from getting stuck with a problem.

Side porch different. Rear garage? So probably no backyard for a pool. Ok size 2 guest bedrooms. Good size bathroom. Cozy loft. Laundry 🧺. Big primary. Small en-suite but enough and there’s a linen closet. 2nd home like the front elevation. Deep entry. Ok size 2 front bedrooms and bath. Laundry 🧺. Nice open concept. Good size pantry. 1/2 bath. Bedroom and en-suite a great surprise. Good size primary. En-suite small. Ditch the tub. Move shower over and get a little bigger closet. Huge window. Beautiful backyard but prefer a pool. 3rd home. But are they offering 75 ft lots at a 50ft price? Nice front elevation. Formal dining. Open concept. Breakfast nook. Huge backyard for pool. 1st floor bedroom, bath & garage entrance.
