Why don't the circles fall out if you've cut all of the way through the foam board? Is there enough material left in between "strokes" to leave the piece intact? Also, did you do a height adjustment on the center-line cut? It doesn't appear on the opposite side of the part.
They don't fall out because I had the depth set to JUST cut through the entire foam width. Since its a needle and the foam board has a very fibrous paper backing some of the paper fibers maintain a weak hold, but the pieces press out very easily. When I use Elmers foam board the pieces just fall out. Yes, the center-line cut was a 50% score cut. It only cut through half of the foam board.

I'm sorry, I don't recall the feedrate on this video. I try to run it such that I get 10 perforations per mm. My current setup is 800 mm/min with 8000 rpm.
