I don't see why not. With a servo tester, esc, lipo and brushless DC motor its pretty well self contained.

What parts are you looking for? I doubt you can find a kit that will be tailored to your specific machine, you will most likely have to design your own mount. You can get the servo tester, ESC, lipo and BLDC from any online hobby store (Amazon, Hobby King, Banggod, Gearbest, etc). You don't really need anything fancy to mount all of that stuff to. A couple pieces of plywood would be good enough. I'd suggest having a look at this if you haven't seen it already: forum.flitetest.com/showthread.php?24251-Cutting-foam-sheets-with-a-needle! Lots of good information on there.

Looking for the needle guide at the very least with different threading and flywheel. Everything else seams pretty simple.

In that thread I linked, most people just use a MIG welding tip for a needle guide which seems to work well. My needle guide was custom built for me by a coworker. The flywheel I just cobbled together out of some scrap plastic laying around. If you have a CNC you could probably make one without too much trouble.

Mr Hampton, I'm so sorry I didn't see your question. I don't really have anything that I have prepared for the public. What kind of plans are you looking for? Like a 3D model or like an instructable?

I'm sorry, I don't recall the feedrate on this video. I try to run it such that I get 10 perforations per mm. My current setup is 800 mm/min with 8000 rpm. They don't fall out because I had the depth set to JUST cut through the entire foam width. Since its a needle and the foam board has a very fibrous paper backing some of the paper fibers maintain a weak hold, but the pieces press out very easily. When I use Elmers foam board the pieces just fall out. Yes, the center-line cut was a 50% score cut. It only cut through half of the foam board.

Its custom. I took the general idea from the Openbuilds OX design. Mine is a little lighter than that design though.
