I got Outer Wilds (Which is not even on this list) from a friend as a Birthday Gift. I still haven't played it because i got some other games in the queue. But people talk so much about this game, always good, never bad. That is making me maybe consider skipping some games to play it.
I'd swap out Gears 5 with "Kingdom come deliverance" or "Stalker". Both these titles have a sequel on the way. "Stalker" this year and KCD early next year.
Persona 5 Royal. If you haven't played it, you're missing a classic. It's got everything: visual panache, a sizzling soundtrack, a cast you'll care about, laughter and tears you can't help but join in, heartfelt confessions, double crosses, and a plot with more twists than a pretzel factory. It deserves all the hype, and it deserves your time.
Stellar blade is one of those games I was watching closely because of how beautiful it was...I pre-ordered it and unlocked every outfit searching every nook and cranny. It's seriously soooo good. The combat is amazing and the music and visuals had my mouth drop open a few times, especially toward the middle-end. It's so fun to run around this world and I was compelling invested in it every second. It was a 9/10 for me. The story is why I marked it alittle lower....but that's what the second game is for. Complete the story and I'll glady give 10/10. Cant wait for the new title and to learn more about eve and the world around her. Stunning game 😊
Horizon forbidden west is a disaster , horrible gameplay just forces you to spam attacks, aloy keeps on falling through cracks no proper foothold, story is too stretched and boring
Totally disagree. Forbidden West is flat-out excellent. Some of the best story-telling and voice acting I have ever seen. Even the side quests are excellent.
I played Horizon zero dawn and found it so generic, repetitive, boring, with a million issues. I quit about half way, and I dont usually quit. Ive heard the sequel is even worse in that regard.
Multiplayer games ruined gaming. Gaming needs to get back to single player. Human beings are too corrupt to have them together and companies to corrupt knowing that and taking advantage of it.
The first mass effect was good, second one OK the third one with its soul crushing ending demonstrates how the wrong people are in charge of gaming and why it’s going south and so many AAA games i.e. Starfield, dying light 2, etc. games filled with woke nonsense get negative reviews and then are largely ignored. Hopefully as these games that are DEI intensive fail hard, and as the studios go out of business, the ones that rise up will learn from the mistakes of others.

I’ve already played it before. It’s actually good and if I were to rate, I’ll give it a solid 8.5 out of 10 🙂

It's such a bit sized experience-just play it for one day and you'll just about be done with it and you can write it off your to-do list
i will never understand why every list like this always leaves out Days Gone. It is probably one of the most under rated games of all time.

I'd also recommend Cyberpunk 2077 with the Phantom Liberty expansion...CDPR has really polished it, and in 2024, it's a great game
