KCD I had for 5 years in my Steam library and ignored, decided to check it out when KCD2 got announced and went on for over 100hr, one of the best RPGs I ever played.

Absolver is so underrated. Nice to see it get some love.
Another recommend would be Exo One…It’s a fantastic chill atmospheric game that has you use physics to control this flying orb through different planets, it’s super cool
Call of Cthulhu was definitely an underappreciated game for the budget it had and the direction it chose to go. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I congratulate you for making good game content that many of us didn't know about or had my doubts about buying... For example you convinced me to buy Vampyr and I'm enjoying it a lot, even though it's a AAA, I kept it up! It's interesting to see unknown games, discover new ones and not see the usual content that everyone uploads... I already know Call of Duty, GOW, RdR2, etc

Shadow warrior 3 very underrated game
Platforming and combat was really good in the game. But story was mid and enemy waves were too long. After a little in the game, its start boring actually.
Grat vid! Loved the games. BTW - I think it's supposed to be pronounced, "Soul Slinger" (a play on the wild west's Gun Slinger title), and not "Souls Linger".) 🙂
A plague tale 1&2 is the perfect example.

All the best talent has been leaving the larger studios in the past 5 years for greener Indie pastures and I can't blame them. The big guys are struggling to make games with the same level of content and polish since the exodus and it shows, I think this is the end of the super-studios that is now playing out. Lots and lots of exciting small studios that can make the games they WANT to make with reduced team size and meetings, meetings, meetings! Let's hope the trend continues as Consumers deserve it after the garbage scow of content that we have had shoveled our way this past decade. I am so done with the $60-70 game and DLC.

As a Shadow Warrior fan... 3 is garbage imo.
I actually really liked 3. I think it hit all the right notes considering how much I love Doom Eternal.
I think it's very interesting how unique each of them are. My favorites are probably 1 and 3, though. Didn't hate 2, but I liked the more straightforward approach of 1 and 3.

Bright memory is literally mediocr aaa but short asf and no interesting story, its main saving grace is it’s made by one person
A good game is good irrelevant of the budget behind it. Stop complaining like being against triple a games is totally positive sentiment all around. I might say triple a project employ a lot of people so it's great to gave people job. Do you hate people getting job? Is that even relevant to you? There are plenty of small devs work previously on triple a project & learn the workflow, imagine if they never were, would we even get all these smaller budget games at all.
The industry will adjust to market demand & when a worked formula is known & these large publisher willing to invest, then we'll see more variation and creativity, with those same big budget. If that day comes now these small devs need to compete directly with big budget competitor. It's a challenge everybody need to overcome. I know u want to bring attention to these smaller games but please stop complaining, everybody struggles & I don't need to hear complaint that is irrelevant to me. Just show me the games u like.
