Jon Hamm might be one of the most underrated actors of this generation. He can do serious roles, he has amazing comedic timing, and he's pretty easy on the eyes. I'm amazed he's not a bigger star. But if it means him getting more roles like this, I'm all for it.
the series actually starts out with 3 different families having 3 different babies and the anti-christ being dropped in the middle if im not mistaken, the politicians kid is actually raised by a neighbour and he's a skeezeball named "Greasy Johnson" that is adam's rival, Adam's parents real son is raised by the politicians, and Greasy Johnson's parents real son is actually raised adopted by a totally random family and he grows up to like and keep pet fish and maybe work in an aquarium one day, who knows the story isn't about him. But Greasy Johnson is actually a big part of the novel thematically, because he and his "gang rivalry" with Adam and his friends is basically just a smaller scale version of the shit that god and satan are doing and it plays a big part in Adam rejecting both god and the devil and saying "no the world is fine as it is without your gangs acting like you own the place."
I’m glad you guys are rewatching Good Omens to be ready for the next season. I lowkey annoys me when reactors don’t bother to even watch a recap or read notes about previous seasons of a series. Just to refresh their memory. And then they ask their viewers to remind them of the old info. In the comments. 😅 Don’t get wrong it’s nice to help each other in a community but that stuff can be easily fix by a simple google search or a quick video recap. So it’s kinda of a waste of time for the viewers.
