Fun fact: Because Ten is from Thailand, they also have a Thai version of "Baby Don't Stop" -- there are live performances of Ten and Taeyong performing the Thai version, as part of their promotions for this song in Thailand. Just search TH-cam if you want to hear what it sounds like in Thai.
As you saw, "Baby Don't Stop" is a duo performance by two of the best dancers in NCT. So this is more of a dance song than a song that is lyric heavy. However, I think this song also does a pretty good job of highlighting what great vocalists Ten and Taeyong are as well. Ten is an amazing singer and Taeyong is considered a main rapper of NCT, but he is also a great singer. However, as you can see from this video, they are both multi-talented.That is why SM chose them to be a part of this duo project. And it is also why they are both members of SuperM.
The MV for "Baby Don't Stop" was filmed in the winter in Ukraine, at the same time and in the same location as the MV for NCT-U's "Boss." So that is why you might notice that "Boss" and "Baby Don't Stop" have similar looks and vibes.

Yes, Ten has an amazing voice, that is why he is a lead vocalist, sub-rapper and a center of NCT, as well as one of the best dancers in the industry. That is also why he is the NCT member, so far, with the most solo projects, because SM likes to showcase his dancing and vocals.
And as the leader of NCT, Taeyong has always been super multi-talented. He has that undefinable it factor, that pretty much all Kpop leaders have, that makes them extra special. Which is why SM features him so prominently in everything NCT does, as well as outside of the group.
The dance practice choreography is slightly different than in the MV because it's the concert choreography, so they are a little more playful and they interact with each other a little more in the live performances than they do in the MV. Plus, as you can see, the dance practice features backup dancers, where the MV is only just the two of them the whole time. ;P

TaeTen is THE iconic NCT duo! "Boss" DID come out on the same album as this! In fact, they were both filmed in Ukraine. As many times as I've heard this song, I never noticed TY's little vocal fry there. This is why I enjoy reaction videos! Taeyong wrote his own lyrics. "Paris" refers to plaster of paris; he refers to a lot of art terms and artists. It's kind of like she is his muse, and will make her into a masterpiece. It's really clever. I love how he incorporates a little Spanish too. Taeyong once said that he wrote a song in Spanish. I really hope that we can hear it one day. His solo album "Shalala" is coming soon, and the teasers are already so artistic and meaningful! I really enjoy your channel! Looking forward to more!

I just discovered this song 4 days ago, and it has been playing non-stop in my car. Since Gyehyeon is my bias in Verivery, Taeyong was immediately my bias when I saw the rest of NCT stuff. Obviously, he grabbed my attention immediately in this. I told my k-friends that I needed more. They hit me with video after video of him and NCT, lol. He has such a presence. Taeyong is like Felix for me: so beautiful and so dangerously badass at the same time.
