Diecast Masters Cat 12M3 & 18M3 Motor Graders

This is the review of the 12M3 and 18M3 Motor Graders by Diecast Masters in 1:50 Scale. Both are completely new castings - not previously released by Norscot or Tonkin Replicas. The 18M3 is particularly good, with great functionality and little surprises every time you look at it. The smaller 12M3 is a good, solid grader model, but lacks detail and function. Overall the 12M3 receives a 7/10 while the 18M3 receives a near perfect score at 9/10 on the Diecast Emporium Rating Matrix. The red tank on the back of the 18m3 is a Fire Suppression System setup according to the Cat 18m3 specifications on Cat's website.

Engine is actually 231 HORSEPOWER or 172 KILOWATTS.

Love them! and yeah like mr white below me said, that is your fire suppression system. cat.com photos do not show that on their product photos but I'm sure it is either standard or an option on the real machine. ever see the ass end of a komatsu PC1250 and the big red system isn't hard to miss on that machine thats for sure.
