@ALKtech So far it's the following - AMD Ryzen 9 7900 - Noctua NH-D15 - Corsair Vengeance CL38 - Kingston SSD M.2 Fury Renegade - Corsair RM850x And an underused Radeon RX 5700 XT from my old build in a h7 flow case.
Making my sister a white themed PC and I bought this for the build. I wish they made more white GPU's, there was like 3 options on the market which sucks.
Nice, did you go for the full works with white RAMs...white case fans and all? Also, which graphics card did you settle for in the end? But yeah I guess perhaps the market demand for all-white builds isn't really that strong for brands to justify creating more SKUs than what's already on the market!
That white plastic piece at the top left of the motherboard is blocking my 360AIO fan , so my 360AIO wont even fit in even in thr ATX case. I wonder if we can or how to remove that pieces
Wow Great Channel! instant subscription😂 is it for content creation just for pen display device? I don't use it. I more like ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F from the previous video. It's only 30$ more on newegg. You said it would work with 7700x or 7900x, but 7950x?
Thanks! I would say both boards are targeted at very different demographics - the B650 AERO G's key selling points would be VisionLINK for pen displays (content creators who do graphic design mainly) and its aesthetics, while the ROG STRIX B650E-F is a mainstream board meant for gaming PCs at the higher-end. If you have no use for the VisionLINK feature and instead game on a regular basis, it might be better to look for a gaming-oriented board instead! That said, both boards will work with all Ryzen 7000 series CPUs, the 7950X included. I'd think that folks who decide to go for a 7950X would probably already have the budget for a high-end board powered by say, the X670E!

I see! Out of curiosity, what drove you to purchase the B550 Vision D? Was it largely due to looks, or the content creator-oriented features? Have always wondered how many folks out there purchase Vision/AERO boards just cause of the aesthetics, and might not really need the content creator-oriented features!
@@ALKtech Purely for the visuals, actually. Nope, this is a DDR5-ony motherboard. The AMD AM5 platform supports only DDR5 memory - if you're intending to use DDR4 for a new PC, you'll have to look at Intel's 13th Generation Raptor Lake offerings instead, where Intel has both DDR4 and DDR5 boards for 13th Gen!
@@thomasooi4435ah, you're wondering if XMP-certified RAMs will work with AMD EXPO boards? Short answer is yes, XMP RAM modules (that may not be EXPO certified) will work with AMD AM5 boards. You'll still be able to select the appropriate XMP profile within the BIOS - hope this clarifies!
Well...even the Intel I225-V and I226-V Ethernet chipsets have their fair share of issues too - Google and you'll find there's been quite a fair bit of complaints by users about packet loss/connection stability issues with Intel 2.5 Gbit Ethernet chips too 🤔
Yep! With it using intel, I had the issue of ethernet not working what so ever until I installed AMD's wifi driver for the board. I tried the intel network drivers and all over and over again, nothing worked. So that alone was a hassle. I don't use wifi, but to install the AMD wifi driver for the intel ethernet to work? odd. @@ALKtech
