Hi Tom truly grateful for your content today. This is absolutely incredible talk. I would like to ask team why the link to the Iron Clad discipline is expired? Is there another way to access that class? Please and thank you. 😊
I've been following Tom for years and it's amazing how well he can articulate his message now from when he started. Just goes to show how true everything he's saying is.

Awesome! Thanks for this incredible pep talk. The Growth Mindset never has to end. I'm 75 years old and still honing the craft of living well and bringing my productivity to maturity. A few days ago I tried to deliver a presentation that was a massive failure in every way - technically, frame of reference, culturally missing the mark. I have never experienced such embarrassment. That feeling of defeat lasted about 2 hours, and I then began to identify the faults and how to give a talk that nurtures the audience while presenting new food for thought. I want to get back into the ring because what nourishes them nourishes me, too. Tom, I'm loving you as a role model who shows honest vulnerability while delivering important content. Thanks, Hombre.
I find it incredibly amazing that you're consistently able to tell these stories and teach these concepts with the same energy and demeanor as if it was the first time 🙌🏼💜
Even to be able to explain something well for the first time, you have to rehearse it over and over and over and over and over to the point of utter boredom beyond contempt in your mind. After that each time in reality is the reward for the effort
I am now so grateful that my Dad always had my back. If I came home, upset about under performing in something. the first thing he would say is you are a Neal. Let's go practise til you are number one. I miss my Dad.
I HATE that I can't express with words the amount of gratitude I have for your own "dedication" on yourself, for your "own" personal passion for this lifetime as Tom, because of that focus, passion, fearless to see yourself as you are and overcome your own shadows, "I" (I will talk personally, but it's a "we") I have received TODAY this compound of knowledge that clearly it's been practice on yourself to that you just push me so hard to shift my own "mindset". And believe me, I have been 30 years studying myself, I spend years on Mclean Hospital, I have overcome tons of things in my life learning about myself, yet, my life is good to the eyes of others, but I couldn't conclude the why of some specific area I wasn't resolving... anyhow, you must have tons of people saying this to you, this might get too long, yet, even if you don't read this, I know you will receive all the light and love send to you for you and your loved ones, so that you continue having this amount of stamina, focus, passion to continue giving us all these presence and worked... THANK YOU...! AND LOTS OF LOVE...
I'm in the first 5 minutes of your lecture and I'm enlightened already, I've been n watching you a few years off and on and I've literally watched your communication skill increase more and more , and this one inperticuler is undeniable proof your effectiveness is obviously up and up. Thanks Tom for sharing the stuff you do.

Favorite quotes to keep your mindset on fire -Practice will never fail you -It's not a matter of possible or impossible. I'm doing it because I want to. Luffy -Set your heart ablaze, and go beyond your limits. No matter how devastated you may be by your own weakness or uselessness set your heart ablaze, grit your teeth, and look straight ahead. Even if you stop and crouch down, time won't wait for you or snuggle you and grieve along with you - Rengoku Kyojuro These may be quotes I came across while watching anime, but the impact of these words has truly resonated with me enough to stop whining and limiting myself. Use whatever helps you change your mindset to create a more positive, healthy, and expansive way of living and confronting life. The thing about negative, unfulfilling, limiting mindsets is that they're so engrained that you've literally become accustomed to them. You know how it feels to be negative and feel awful about yourself there's even a level of comfort deep down because it's what's familiar. Your brain wants familiar and easy. So anytime you confront it with something better that helps you you'll be met with hesitation or even fear because it's something you haven't reinforced. It's literally as easy as just doing it, as badly as you might because of your current abilities, but just do it. Just take action, and see how you feel. Even if you fail, and you look as bad as possible and it's embarrassing...I think something that helps, at least me, is to laugh. I laugh when I fail miserably. You laugh at your incompetence, and then you look at it closely and see what is it that you have to learn, adjust or improve. When you laugh you take away the deadly seriousness that comes with "it." I laugh and momentarily let myself not be hit by the initial negative shock wave. Then I look at it objectively. "Will I let this win?" I ask myself. This setback, this person's opinion, etc. Will I actually let it win and stop me? And go as outrageously as you can to see how ridiculous it can be, e.g. "I allow myself to let the opinions of X stop me, I allow it to pester my mind all day, all week even, and stop me from taking action, I allow this person to have such a massive effect on me that I literally give this person all my power and freewill that it stops me from doing "Y," a thing I want to achieve because: "powerful reasons for the goal." See how you feel after. It's so ridiculous that you literally can't let it happen. If you struggle with getting angry and frustrated, just move that anger towards not losing. "Will I let this win/stop me?." Finally, master flow. If you know how to get into flow nothing will stop you.

You know I appreciate Tom’s competitive approach. It has clearly work well for him and many others but I had to find a different way. I called it curious and fun mindset rather than growth or achievement mindset. I know that there are always people better than me at any given thing but the sheer fun of doing it anyway keeps me going. I’m just not competitive by nature and I have tried to enjoy it but it felt all wrong for my personality. What keeps me trying and pushing through is the pure enjoyment of working and seeing finished work I can share with love. I just wanted to share this in case the competition mindset hasn’t worked for you either!
This is by far the BEST AND MOST IMPORTANT SHOW YOU HAVE EVEN DONE!!🙏 Clean Clear and Concise. This is one of only very few that I have shared with my daughters on future guidance. Many times kids do not want to really listen to their parents until maybe many years later after they’ve learned the hard way of what you were trying to explain to them and this is exactly what they need to hear from a person that has proven the truth about what it takes to Actually Achieve what they have set out to do! Absolutely FANTASTIC JOB Thank You Very Much!!!🙏🙏✨🏋️♂️
I love it when people are more successful, it means that it is possible. You can literally tell your mind that it's been done before so it can be done again and even better with a growth mindset.
1:10:00 this advice is sort of dependent on where you are employed. I did this at a factory I used to work at, splicing fiber optics. I got so good at it that some machines my managers only recommended me to operate on because I was one of the few who could get the machine ramped up and running for 16+ hours. This put a huge target on my back because everyone around me realized I was better than them, despite me being friendly and open, they did everything in their power to take me down and eventually succeeded.
Often the unconscious choice is whether you use your past as an anchor or your dreams as a sail. I've always tried to tell people "Defeatism only leads to defeat."
Tommmmmm this is freakin BRILLIANT!!!!! This will most definitely be my go to bible…Thank you soooo much for taking the time out to make this video….this is the best one yet!!!
Chosing what to get better at for me has been an endless struggle. I've been in a place where I have lived a "growth mindset" for at least a decade or more. The issue has been jumping from one thing to another as I convince myself that the new thing is the best thing to become excellent at. The end result is being "good" at tons of things but "excellent" at very few.
Dude! It's such a shame that more people don't recognize Yoda (& more broadly) THE FORCE _is_ absolutely Taoism in it's view! "Try? There is no Try. There is DO & there is DO NOT!" Probably my favorite quote ever. Thx for the work you do. You & your vids are great!
Finally I published my Book in Colombia 🌎 Soon it will be in Amazon Kindle KDP. Your videos have been very helpful and important to achieve it. THANKS 🌅🌅
Tom, you likely won’t see this, but if you do please consider a channel specifically targeted to young minds. I know you’re not a father, but as a father myself I’m always looking for podcasts or other content for my children to learn about growth mindset, abundance mindset, extreme ownership, and all the other mind mastery you cover. I work on it with them, but we all know kids don’t want to hear what their parents are saying. Anyway, it would be great. Thank you!
Thank you Tom for this amazing talk, it is wildly inspiring for me! I am putting this video on a loop for today and I will be driving for the next eight hours.

Often the unconscious choice is whether you use your past as an anchor or your dreams as a sail. I've always tried to tell people "Defeatism only leads to defeat."
My mouth waters at how eloquent Tom is ❤
Thank you, Tom! Happy New Year!
Tommmmmm this is freakin BRILLIANT!!!!! This will most definitely be my go to bible…Thank you soooo much for taking the time out to make this video….this is the best one yet!!!
The Mamba Mentality mindset. Kobe Bryant’s influence lives on forever!
Events that happen to us aren’t always our fault, becoming stagnant and not continuing to grow afterwards os absolutely our fault
This is one of the most valuable videos on TH-cam. 🔥
Thank you for this 🙏
Superior shows, Tom!!! Thank you and so appreciated by me and all!
Great video as always thanks. The last part remined me of a Southern American saying "Don't get above your raisin's" it's the same mindset in the UK
Tom thank you it was an amazing time !
Thank you!
I was on a shroom trip a while back and this was exactly the lesson the shrooms taught me that day. This is such a great lesson to learn.
Thank you Tom for this amazing talk, it is wildly inspiring for me! I am putting this video on a loop for today and I will be driving for the next eight hours.
Really enjoy and appreciate your content. Always packed with information and inspiration. I'm 42 and have been struggling with mindset change for years. Now I'm more determined than ever to step up for myself and my family. And listening to the right people and not wasting time on useless entertainment and listening to other peoples judgement is the first step.
It's so refreshing to hear the truth!
Wow. Best lesson for success I've heard. Thanks. So glad I heard this.
